“We have just received our tent and we are very pleased with the whole process. It arrived very quickly with no problems, we were kept updated about the delivery. And the tent is fantastic. After reading so many bad reviews about go outdoors I was slightly worried however our experience was very good so definitely no complaints.”

“Took my bike in after seeing the free service offer for cardholders. Jack T went through the service, taking good care to sort out some minor issues along the way. He went beyond the basic service to sort out simple things beside the service and replaced a tyre (which was splitting - this was extra, of course, but I hadn't noticed it had got so bad).”

“Went to Go outdoors Bristol to buy a pair of walking shoes. A lady called Kerrie Jones helped me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable despite being busy. So pleased to find someone who knows their stuff without being pushy for a sale. I love my new shoes. Thank you Kerrie.”

“I returned a pair of lovely Keen women's boots today. I bought them in August 2020 and recently noticed they were coming apart. I didn't have my receipt after this time. But, I asked if they held a record of my purchases (I have a discount card), they looked for me. I was offered a no quibble exchange., the staff at Sheffield were fantastic. Sadly no Keen boots in my size but picked out an alternative. Thank you all, so appreciate this level of service. Ps the dog loved all the attention 😁”

“Swansea staff awesome. Helpful polite and very supportive. I returned an electric bike and exchanged it with no problem. Unlike the hassle and totally lacking customer service from the Cardiff store. Complete opposites. I got home safe with a lovely new bike rack too.”

“The Inverness store and Mandy in particular are getting my 5stars. Main office customer services absolutely useless, promise you delivery in 3-5days but of course that never happened!! Numerous phone calls an emails later no sign of my trousers so in desperation I went into my local store where Mandy sorted it out in two minutes!!! Would I order online again? No chance, if it’s not in store I will just find something else.”

“We have visited Go Outdoors Belfast twice in the last couple of days and have been helped both times by Will. He was just brilliant and gave us the correct advice regarding purchasing a bike for our daughter. We we’re so happy with the service and delighted with our purchase. “Went to go outdoors today to buy a down jacket couldn't decide so a staff member called Liz helped me out she suggested a few coats and I chose one and bought it a a Rab down jacket in the sale. Liz was really helpful and friendly very pleased with the service and my new jacket.”

“After reading all these reviews I scared I would also be messed around and not end up recieving my items. What actually happened was, I made my order for three camping chairs and they arrived three days later exactly as described in perfect condition. The packaging was well done and everything went well. I am very happy with my purchase and as of sept 2020 they appear to sending my items fine. Maybe i'm just extremely lucky or they are not as bad as some unlucky people are saying. I have rated the service 5star as I have no faults with anything about my experience other than reading all this to make me panic.”

“Couldn’t fault you for the service we received. A lot of negative comments so guess we were the lucky ones but several large items purchased online over £400 worth and they came within the 7-10 delivery time that is clearly advertised with full tracking and great phone service when I called because I was worried about all the negative comments and when one item, the trippier fold out table was damaged I was able to return it to the local store and get a replacement that day and we had a great camping trip. Thank you Go outdoors.”

“Its great they are back open. We both needed a 'directors chair with side table'. We found it and bought two, they were on offer.The staff member at the front door, asked what we were looking for, and pointed us in the right direction. The staff are always willing to help with a smile and willing to have a laugh. Husnand scout leader and me beimg a guide leader , we always appreciate you”

“Store location 1440 assistant Heather. Excellent service in Preston from Heather. She spent a long time with me when I bought walking boots and wellies last week. She was patient and helpful and very pleasant. I don’t like buying footwear but Heather made it all ok.”

“1340 blackburn , Gary in the fishing department is the jewel in the crown at that store , fantastic advice really helpfull and a really friendly guy who just wants to help in any way he can top bloke”
