“I bought walking boots from them, and when they weren't quite the right size, they got the nex size in in advance for me to collect. They were cheaper than others too”

“Customer service was terrible. I ordered a bike and i came battered with the paint chipped. The tyres were punctured and flat when the bike was delivered to me and the leather on the bike seat was damaged and scratched.”
