“The basket was great. The delivery was rapid. No complaints there. When I was looking specifically for a basket, it was for someone who had been ill in hospital. I was looking for something similar to what I eventually got, but without the cup and a better variety of teas! By the time you are older, you usually have a favorite cup, so that was superfluous to need. But I could find that nowhere! This is just a suggestion if you are looking to improve your presentation in the future.”

“We got a custom basket for a friend who has recently lost their mum. Selecting items was easy and customer service contacted us to ask if we wanted it shipped asap once they saw it was for the loss of a parent, which was really sweet. It arrived really quickly and they have loved all the items. Great service, highly recommend.”

“I've recommended you to many people, I've also written a google review with images, what I would like is for you to offer a discount, I've been using your services for awhile now, and now I'm in a new position in a new company and need to give gifts to many people on a frequent basis, would have been nice for you to look after your existing customers.”

“I expected an Easter basket to be delivered by Easter. I would have expected to be informed if that was not going to be the case. At that stage I would gladly have paid extra for any delivery. AS it was my family received their Easter basket after Easter. And by the way I think your on line systems for ordering etc are very poor,”

“They really enjoyed it, this is probably the third time I’ve used your services. I’ve never been shown a photo of them but I have been told that they were always grateful for them. Delivery to Sydney was always prompt too. I recommend your services whenever someone asks at my job when they are wanting to send somewhere in Australia :)”
