“Very disaapointed with delivery. I applied fro a particular date and was not rejected for that date. Then the courier obvisoule did not knock and just took hamper to a PO which was very inconvenient. I pourposely orddered as I knoew that there were people to accept dleivery and also that it could not be left as it was an intercom system. Also disappoined that after the order I discovered that it was going all the way from NSW to WA!!!!! I would have used someone in WA. Sadly that is a part of online ordering, you dont have a person to discuss these things with when you order. I have learnt a lesson here.”

“I sent a basket to my daughter who is studying at Uni. She absolutely loved the gourmet goodies and the beautiful packaging! The delivery time was impressive (after having experiencing long delays with other companies). Will definately be ordering again!”

“I ordered the Cheeseboard Celebration Hamper as a birthday gift for my sister, selecting the delivery date of 13.05.2025, which is her actual birthday. While I understand that occasional delivery delays may occur, the hamper not only failed to arrive on the scheduled date, but it also didn’t arrive the following day. It was finally delivered two days late on 15.05.2025. This delay completely defeated the purpose of the gift. My sister and her family had already left for a planned weekend getaway by the time it arrived, which I had carefully planned around. As a result, the cheese hamper has been left sitting unattended, which is not ideal for perishable food items.”
