I wrote to you last week advising that the gourmet basket I ordered for delivery to Tasmania last week was delivered with a totally incorrect card saying it was from someone else, and not the card I completed. I asked you to advise the recipient - and I don't believe this was done. And you also didn't answer my email advising you of this error. I hoinestly don't think I would use your service again , not because you made a mistake with the card but because you did nothing to rectify the problem. I sent alot of hampers thoughtout the year with my business and I was really disappointed with this one.

I ordered from them as they guaranteed delivery to my daughters address in Santa Barbara and cost an additional $51 on a $60 order. Wasn't delivered on time and still Charged crazy amount for delivery and no refund. Not that I didn't try. Three emails and spoke to costumer service and nothing but horrible customer service. I don't post bad reviews and beyond disgusted and will never ever order from them again and don't recommend them at all.

i have already complained to your service dept about the non-arrival of the chocolates at my son's house 16 Harris Street Paddington 2021 You successfully delivered to this address about 4 months ago - a Christmas hamper I am hoping for a prompt solution to his problem and look forward to hearing from you very soon regards, Philip Humberstone

Booked for Thursday before Easter, as it was a Easter surprise for my daughter, as at the time of writing this it still hasn’t arrived!

The fruit was damaged Strawberries damaged Mango was soft and opened it was mush Maggie beer damaged Kiwi fruit damaged I didn't return it as was a Thank you present very disappointing when I saw it

Good Afternoon I was really disappointed to hear that the fruit basket that I had delivered to friends in Sydney last Friday ended up at the Post Office!!?? By the time they collected it half the fruit had to be thrown out they said. I spent so much time on the phone putting that order through because the website wasn’t working then this happens! That is not very professional at all. I’d really like a refund or another delivery sent please. Robyn Prowd

Instead of delivering to the mentioned address the parcel was delivered to the post office without any notification of the receiver!

Package apparently was delivered but recipient has not received it. Was left in some safe spot. Still under investigation so let’s see what the outcome will be.

The order was placed weeks before Valentine’s Day with a requested delivery date of 14/2. I tracked delivery and saw it had arrived in the receivers area however the forwarder advised they wouldn’t deliver it until the following day. The next day the forwarder advised there was no one at home and took the order to the local post office for collection the next day. There was someone home on the day. Very unhappy with the delivery service but also the despatch date entered by GourmetBasket knowing that it takes 2 transit days for delivery.

In short it took Gourmet Basket 3 days to make the parcel up and 7 days get it delivered from NSW to Queensland I could have made up the same gift parcel in Perth and mailed it myself by Australia Post to Brisbane in the same time frame it took your company to dispatch and deliver the parcel to the Brisbane address.

Their customer service response times stink and of late have been making endless mistakes at their end. I ordered a basked on Dec 14th and then changed the address in a matter of day but the basket never got sent out to my client until Feb 5, 2023!! The reason give was understaffed. Never ever will I place and order or use their services again. It's horrible.

My gift was meant to be delivered on Thursday 2nd February. It is now late on Friday 3rd and they have not yet received it. They have now gone away for the weekend. I am really disappointed.

Sucks, the receiver did not receive any "From" cards. How do they know who sent it to them. They did not accept the hampers. I ordered it because I was giving it as a professional courtesy.

6 day delivery Sydney to Sydney completely destroyed the intended impact and effect of the gift basket that was meant to celebrate the closing out of a major transaction. Couldn't get through to customer service line. Will never use this service again
