Ordered, paid for but not delivered. Ordered an Anniversary basket as a surprise to be delivered on 8th April (ordered on 3rd April) so disappointed that it didn't arrive. Too late now as the surprise is ruined. When looked at tracking today said if not delivered by 18TH APRIL to contact them!

I ordered my gift from Gourmet Basket on 13/02/22. You sent it on 15/02/22. It has never arrived. It was a belated birthday present. The birthday was on 09/02/22. It is now 02/03/22. It is a bit late. I have seen the person myself since then. I could have given the present in person. The person keeps asking when is it going to arrive. The whole impact of receiving the present has been lost. I am sure that this is the fault of Australia Post, rather than Gourmet Basket. You should not use Australia Post.

The basket we purchased was for a colleague recouperating in hospital after an operation. The delivery driver decided that it was unsafe for him to go to the hospital to deliver it and delivered it to the nearest Post Shop. I liaised with Katya in your customer service department and expressed my disappointment with this. Were we supposed to expect our colleague to go to the Post Shop and collect the basket herself? I was told by Katya that there was nothing she could do about it and that I should have read the fine print that said if a parcel wasn't able to be delivered it would be delivered to a Post Shop. If I had known that I would never have placed the order! I canceled my order and Katya said she would arrange a refund minus the delivery fee if she was able to get the courier to pick up the parcel and return it to you. Not once did she offer to get the courier to pick it up and deliver it to a home address! I received my refund but didn't receive a refund for the delivery. This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever encounted. You keep asking me to rate you out of 5 and give you feedback, I rate you a 1 only because the option to rate you a 0 isn't there. Suffice to say I won't be using you again, our Company won't be using you again and I will not be recommending you to anyone! Going by my past experience I don't expect anyone to call me or for this feedback to go anywhere.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the delivery of your hamper. We understand your disappointment, however StarTrack only delivery the hampers to the Post Office if they deem it unsafe to leave the hamper unattended – this is to avoid theft of your purchased goods. Unfortunately, once a hamper has been delivered to a Post Office, Startrack note it as ‘delivered in full’ and we are unable to arrange redirection. Once the hamper was not collected from the Post Office and returned to our warehouse, we refunded you for the value of the hamper – no freight was refunded as the driver delivered the hamper as per our T&C’s and due to an incorrect address originally being provided to us. Again, we are sorry for any disappointment caused. Thank you, GB team

I rang and spoke to support regarding the gift card message being a collection of farewell wishes. I was told to email them through and then put a note to say I'd email the messages through in the gift card text area on the online order. The gift basket recipient ended up with a gift card that states "I will send an email with messages from the team for Lyla"

It was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of Jan 2022 but it’s still stuck at the delivery depot with no indication of delivery!!!!!!! What is going on!

The delivery driver apparently just left the parcel at the hospital loading dock. It wasn’t located until days later when the contents was spoiled due to weather.

Would not recommend. They removed an item from the basket without notification or any alternative and no response from customer service

Please know our standard practice is to call and email all customers regarding items that are out of stock when we can not replace the item for a similar item. We can confirm at the time of the item being removed from your order, the item was also refunded, meaning we were not charged for an item that was not received. wasn't delivered on the day of my friend's 50th despite being ordered with the correct delivery date. Despite me confirming with their customer service people. When I called to complain they said I didn't read the small print which says they don't guarantee delivery days!!!! Why order in advance to ensure your loved one gets what you send them on their special occasion. I recommend going with a company that CAN guarantee delivery day!

The package was picked up at the depot on 20 December 2021. I have the order confirmation. I asked if they received the wine package and they didn’t. The delivery address provided is correct. Please explain

A complete confidence trick and rip off. What was delivered had nothing in common with the description of the Therapy mens luxury hamper. Nothing of the advertised product was sent. the replacement was extremely poor value. a complete and utter embarrassment of a gift.

Once an item was selected, an additional item was offered for a reasonable price, not so at the end. Shipping prices were a travesty. Multiple items to the same address were individually charged insane shipping. Never again!!! $80.00 for 12 pretzels for children whose home burned down near Denver

Even though I selected the delivery date of 28th of December it has still not been delivered. That’s a bit disappointing that it didn’t arrive for Christmas. My daughter is going away today so won’t be home to accept it.

Did not meet delivery expectations and when it finally arrived, the ingredients were just shoved in a cardboard box. No gift basket or box, and no decent packaging either. So disappointed-and definitely not value for money.
