I ordered for next day delivery and ordered was delivered after four days. Only reason I ordered through gourmet basket and paid premium price to make sure order is delivered next day. No communication nothing to let me know it won't be delivered on time.

I paid extra for a gift basket and also chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered early for Christmas for my daughter who is away from home. They did not arrive on the 23rd as promised, and since she was away after Christmas by the time she got the fruit in the basket and strawberries a week later when she returned they were no longer edible! I contacted Gourmet Gift Baskets numerous times but no response whatsoever. A reply would have been appreciated. I understand delays can happen but due to no reply at all (to this date they have not yet replied) I'll never use them again and would not recommend!!

I sent my mother a gift from you for Christmas, she rang me yesterday (Christmas day) to thank me for sending her something, however she said I should never buy from you again as the gift was disgusting with most of it being rolled up paper, a very cheap pair of slippers, some cheap bath salts and some other low value thing. Anyway normally I wouldn’t complain, but it really upset her (and me) so I do t think I’ll ever be buying from you again.

I asked for the hamper to be delivered on the 22nd December to Townsville, QLD. I have tracked the hamper and it left Brisbane on the 22nd, went to Sydney??? God knows why? And there it still is! It’s the 23rd dec and still not delivered. You would think someone in logistics would use their brain and send the hamper a few days before the due date so it arrived on time not on the delivery date. And as for why it went backward to Sydney?? I’m left disappointed as this was a Christmas present and obliviously now it’s not

The worst experience I have had with any company. A person by the name of Natasha was rude and could not explain the stuff up of their web site, which said delivery was still available till the 23rd December, but she said delivery was closed on the 22nd in direct contravention to what they were advertising. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they appear to be very dodgy. I will never order from this company ever again.

It was a pain and horrible experience. I purchase online and paid for the delivery. I did mention "pls call the recipent number when you arriving around the building. Finally the hamper was just sent to the Post Office and asked us to pick up my myself. What is the point I purchased online and paid for the delivery? What is the point I purchased from GB that at the end I need to collect from post office and re-deliver to the recipent? Why dont I buy it somewhere else without that expectation and headache? When I called to customer service, your representatives said your company cannot do anything about it? It was handled by Star track and excuse I only deal with GB I dont deal with your appointed courier! Why should I (as a customer) need to be that headache with the service i paid for?????

Very poor customer service and Gourmet Basket take no responsibility for delivery, which has been significantly delayed. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but the third party covid excuse runs a bit thin these days.

My fault , I put 5 instead of 6 on the street address and it was left in a so called safe place only to never be seen again,obviously someone has enjoyed it, personally I hope they choke on it

Please know we have looked into your order and can see the hamper was signed for, I believe this information was also provided to you. Unfortunately deliveries to a hospital can sometimes be tricky as all hospitals are different, with different rules and restrictions, when it comes to accepting deliveries. The courier drivers must follow the direction provided to them upon delivery. Thank you, GB Team

I doubt that I will ever use your company again. Worst service I've ever had. I asked for a delivery on the 3rd of October, the earliest date I could find was the 12th. I made a request on a separate email and wrote in the place for comments on the order- delivery 3rd of October. When I called your company after the 3rd, they delivered on the 12th and said that they don't look at comments requested. The birthday present arrived 9 days late. What a letdown. My gift was received with laughter, it was quite embarrassing. I had bought the biggest, most expensive basket to make sure it would impress. The box was huge indeed, however, the content inside was 90% wrapping paper. The actual goods in it would've fit in a small shoebox. It really looked like a spoof in a comedy. Definitely the worst value-for-money purchase I've ever made.

This order was placed on 14/9/2022 for a delivery date of 26/9/2022. This order was supposed to be a gift for my mother-in-law who celebrated her 92nd birthday on this date. Stupidly, I mentioned to her yesterday during a telephone call for her birthday, to expect a special delivery of a gift for her birthday. Sadly I believe this did not happen. My wife and I feel sad, embarassed and very disappointed at this delay. Tracking on my computer indiates delivery expected today 27/9/2022, I really hope this does occur!
