Worst customer service. Their courier left my order at the front door without giving me the option to approve this. My order got stolen and I was not offered an apology or a resolution or a refund or new box sent from this company from any employee including the manager. This was for my mothers birthday. They handled the situation poorly and rudely and I would not recommend them to anyone because they don’t care about customers and only money.

Basket was ordered to arrive today, well in advance. Basket has not arrived today as it was only posted last night. Given the intended use of the basket, it almost becomes a moot gift since it has not arrived on time.

We were very disappointed that the gift was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, but three days late, particularly as it was for a special occasion. We had understood from your website that the delivery would take place on the date we specified. Moreover, we think that this might have had something to do with the suburb being changed from the one we gave when we made the order which appears to have created some confusion for the courier. All in all, very unsatisfactory.

thought the content of the hampers was really really poor with items available at a local supermarket, rather than "gourmet" would certainly never purchase from your company again

Ordered on October 7th for delivery on October 15th, the basket still had not arrived by the evening of the 16/10. Order #GB186125 I'm very disappointed that my brother did not receive his birthday gift on his birthday. I don't think I'll be using Gourmet Basket again.

Sorry but it was a complete disappointment, enormous box, full of scrunched up paper, tiny contents. Was an embarrassment to send as a gift. All those that saw it couldn’t believe such deceptive packaging

Don’t know why they would pack bags of chips like that, it arrived broken/popped. I also paid extra to have Forerro Rocher chocolates in the gift box but no chocolates, so they just took my money for them. Also took over a week for it to be delivered when I paid for a next day delivery, yes there r covid delays, but 1 day to a week is a big difference, I will never recommend this business to anyone, they couldn’t even get 1 thing right.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication with this service. There was a strike with the delivery service which I understand is out of their control however I felt they could have sent an email to make their customers aware that any baskets organised for a specific date would not be delivered. Sadly my mother was left locked down in her house and without her hamper on her birthday. When I brought this to their attention they sent me a copy of the terms and conditions without an empathy or understanding. Then when I brought this to their attention they did not reply. This is the first communication I have received since and it has almost been a month.

First time used - delivered to the wrong address (random house down the road, thankful for honest neighbours). Second time used - delivery driver ‘ran out of time’ on a Friday before the long weekend, so package was delivered four days late. Whoever the delivery partner is is terrible. I understand Covid has impacted post, but I’ve ordered non time-sensitive products like clothes and had next day delivery and better communication on any potential delays.

I already provided feedback to say that the customer service was appalling. I ordered the hamper well in time for delivery for a certain date and it was delayed. There were no indication when I booked that hour shipping was experiencing delays. Very disappointed service and will not be using Gourmet Basket again.
