Don’t know why they would pack bags of chips like that, it arrived broken/popped. I also paid extra to have Forerro Rocher chocolates in the gift box but no chocolates, so they just took my money for them. Also took over a week for it to be delivered when I paid for a next day delivery, yes there r covid delays, but 1 day to a week is a big difference, I will never recommend this business to anyone, they couldn’t even get 1 thing right.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication with this service. There was a strike with the delivery service which I understand is out of their control however I felt they could have sent an email to make their customers aware that any baskets organised for a specific date would not be delivered. Sadly my mother was left locked down in her house and without her hamper on her birthday. When I brought this to their attention they sent me a copy of the terms and conditions without an empathy or understanding. Then when I brought this to their attention they did not reply. This is the first communication I have received since and it has almost been a month.

Order still haven't arrived. And I know it is not Gourmet Basket's fault, but sending this email when order has not arrived, is just silly.

First time used - delivered to the wrong address (random house down the road, thankful for honest neighbours). Second time used - delivery driver ‘ran out of time’ on a Friday before the long weekend, so package was delivered four days late. Whoever the delivery partner is is terrible. I understand Covid has impacted post, but I’ve ordered non time-sensitive products like clothes and had next day delivery and better communication on any potential delays.

I already provided feedback to say that the customer service was appalling. I ordered the hamper well in time for delivery for a certain date and it was delayed. There were no indication when I booked that hour shipping was experiencing delays. Very disappointed service and will not be using Gourmet Basket again.

Basket was 5 days late and had plenty of notice for a very special 70th. The alcohol ordered with basket didn't arrive and if I didn't specifically ask my friend if she liked the bottle, I would never have known they didn't deliver it. They did fix it but too late.

Poor performance. Baskets were not delivered on the correct day. No communication to advise of this from Gourmet Basket.

In spite of giving over 2 weeks notice of the required delivery date of a bottle of French champagne - and discussing by phone the current transport delays with the agent from Gourmet Baskets - my order was not despatched from interstate until 24 hours before delivery...! and hence did not make it on time. In fact, 4 days later, still not seen. $120 down the drain. Very, very disappointing.

To date my son has not recieved his birthday gift basket that I ordered on 28 August 2021 and ask if it could be delivered on or just after his birthday on 30 August 2021. When I inquired, which I have done twice by email, they said they tried to deliver it twice, however there was only ever one card left to say they had tried to deliver and then just a few days ago, I got an email to say the address was incorrect. Which it is not. My son has since got in touch with your company and they are trying to remedy this. I would have to say I am extremely disappointed with this as it was a birthday gift from us here in NZ.

Not happy. For $180 I was expecting more than a cheap bottle of red and the wrong ratio of cheese to other toppings. If you have such strong flavours like caramelized onion, fig log etc you need more than 1 small cheese to balance them out. Its very ironic that it came with a book on how to balance platters to have the complete wrong balance.

I sent two baskets on the same day for delivery 15 minutes drive from each other yet one delivery arrived two days after the advised delivery date. When I called to enquire why the basket had not been delivered I was informed it was the couriers fault. My response to that is you choose the couriers and if they can’t meet your delivery date find one that can.

Customer beware. This company grossly overcharges for shipping and does so in a sly and obscured manner. One easily missed prior to check out. Their customer service response regarding this was equally deplorable. We were told, as if we were children, that California was a "long, long way from our shop in New Hampshire" and that they would have to get our gift basket it's "own plane ticket". Seriously? It's a nationally advertised company owned by a multinational parent. A company very, very happy to gouge their customers then talk down to them. Stay away!
