Package apparently was delivered but recipient has not received it. Was left in some safe spot. Still under investigation so let’s see what the outcome will be.

The order was placed weeks before Valentine’s Day with a requested delivery date of 14/2. I tracked delivery and saw it had arrived in the receivers area however the forwarder advised they wouldn’t deliver it until the following day. The next day the forwarder advised there was no one at home and took the order to the local post office for collection the next day. There was someone home on the day. Very unhappy with the delivery service but also the despatch date entered by GourmetBasket knowing that it takes 2 transit days for delivery.

In short it took Gourmet Basket 3 days to make the parcel up and 7 days get it delivered from NSW to Queensland I could have made up the same gift parcel in Perth and mailed it myself by Australia Post to Brisbane in the same time frame it took your company to dispatch and deliver the parcel to the Brisbane address.

Their customer service response times stink and of late have been making endless mistakes at their end. I ordered a basked on Dec 14th and then changed the address in a matter of day but the basket never got sent out to my client until Feb 5, 2023!! The reason give was understaffed. Never ever will I place and order or use their services again. It's horrible.

I ordered it to be delivered on my Mothers birthday however it arrived two days later. Very disappointed and won’t be using you again

My gift was meant to be delivered on Thursday 2nd February. It is now late on Friday 3rd and they have not yet received it. They have now gone away for the weekend. I am really disappointed.

Sucks, the receiver did not receive any "From" cards. How do they know who sent it to them. They did not accept the hampers. I ordered it because I was giving it as a professional courtesy.

6 day delivery Sydney to Sydney completely destroyed the intended impact and effect of the gift basket that was meant to celebrate the closing out of a major transaction. Couldn't get through to customer service line. Will never use this service again

I ordered for next day delivery and ordered was delivered after four days. Only reason I ordered through gourmet basket and paid premium price to make sure order is delivered next day. No communication nothing to let me know it won't be delivered on time.

I paid extra for a gift basket and also chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered early for Christmas for my daughter who is away from home. They did not arrive on the 23rd as promised, and since she was away after Christmas by the time she got the fruit in the basket and strawberries a week later when she returned they were no longer edible! I contacted Gourmet Gift Baskets numerous times but no response whatsoever. A reply would have been appreciated. I understand delays can happen but due to no reply at all (to this date they have not yet replied) I'll never use them again and would not recommend!!

I sent my mother a gift from you for Christmas, she rang me yesterday (Christmas day) to thank me for sending her something, however she said I should never buy from you again as the gift was disgusting with most of it being rolled up paper, a very cheap pair of slippers, some cheap bath salts and some other low value thing. Anyway normally I wouldn’t complain, but it really upset her (and me) so I do t think I’ll ever be buying from you again.

I asked for the hamper to be delivered on the 22nd December to Townsville, QLD. I have tracked the hamper and it left Brisbane on the 22nd, went to Sydney??? God knows why? And there it still is! It’s the 23rd dec and still not delivered. You would think someone in logistics would use their brain and send the hamper a few days before the due date so it arrived on time not on the delivery date. And as for why it went backward to Sydney?? I’m left disappointed as this was a Christmas present and obliviously now it’s not

The worst experience I have had with any company. A person by the name of Natasha was rude and could not explain the stuff up of their web site, which said delivery was still available till the 23rd December, but she said delivery was closed on the 22nd in direct contravention to what they were advertising. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they appear to be very dodgy. I will never order from this company ever again.
