Please know we have looked into your order and can see the hamper was signed for, I believe this information was also provided to you. Unfortunately deliveries to a hospital can sometimes be tricky as all hospitals are different, with different rules and restrictions, when it comes to accepting deliveries. The courier drivers must follow the direction provided to them upon delivery. Thank you, GB Team

I doubt that I will ever use your company again. Worst service I've ever had. I asked for a delivery on the 3rd of October, the earliest date I could find was the 12th. I made a request on a separate email and wrote in the place for comments on the order- delivery 3rd of October. When I called your company after the 3rd, they delivered on the 12th and said that they don't look at comments requested. The birthday present arrived 9 days late. What a letdown. The is correct the delivery instructions where you left your comment is not read by our customer service team, those delivery notes are for the driver at the time of making the delivery. My gift was received with laughter, it was quite embarrassing. I had bought the biggest, most expensive basket to make sure it would impress. The box was huge indeed, however, the content inside was 90% wrapping paper. The actual goods in it would've fit in a small shoebox. It really looked like a spoof in a comedy. Definitely the worst value-for-money purchase I've ever made.

This order was placed on 14/9/2022 for a delivery date of 26/9/2022. This order was supposed to be a gift for my mother-in-law who celebrated her 92nd birthday on this date. Stupidly, I mentioned to her yesterday during a telephone call for her birthday, to expect a special delivery of a gift for her birthday. Sadly I believe this did not happen. My wife and I feel sad, embarassed and very disappointed at this delay. Tracking on my computer indiates delivery expected today 27/9/2022, I really hope this does occur!

I will never recommend your company to anyone, it was not delivered on time and some items where stale and expiry dates not long enough. I won’t be ordering from you again

I organised the gift basket to reach my friend for her birthday which was Friday. She did not receive it and the latest update is that it will come from Brookvale today. Fingers crossed that it does arrive.

You didn’t deliver on the day I specified it arrived 3 weeks early it was for a 50 th wedding anniversary for our closest friends so ver disappointed

Unfortunately the delivery was made after the recipient had left the hospital so they never received it. I called and spoke to the courier company responsible and they are unable to collect it and redeliver the parcel as they have completed their 'original' job.

Mother’s Day gift was to be delivered on the Friday before hand ordered well in advance but never received it until after the desired date including the timed threshold I gave it.

I used gourmet basket to send an 8 year anniversary gift to our client in Sydney on the 27th April it was expected to arrive to our client that same day (I paid extra for same Day delivery) It was strange that we didn’t hear anything back from our client after a few days… no thanks or nothing. After calling gourmet gift basket it turns out that their drivers hadnt delivered it. Stories kept changing, excuses were made, And after 8 longs days our hamper finally made it to our client. First and last time we will use gourmet gift basket

Ordered, paid for but not delivered. Ordered an Anniversary basket as a surprise to be delivered on 8th April (ordered on 3rd April) so disappointed that it didn't arrive. Too late now as the surprise is ruined. When looked at tracking today said if not delivered by 18TH APRIL to contact them!

I ordered my gift from Gourmet Basket on 13/02/22. You sent it on 15/02/22. It has never arrived. It was a belated birthday present. The birthday was on 09/02/22. It is now 02/03/22. It is a bit late. I have seen the person myself since then. I could have given the present in person. The person keeps asking when is it going to arrive. The whole impact of receiving the present has been lost. I am sure that this is the fault of Australia Post, rather than Gourmet Basket. You should not use Australia Post.

The basket we purchased was for a colleague recouperating in hospital after an operation. The delivery driver decided that it was unsafe for him to go to the hospital to deliver it and delivered it to the nearest Post Shop. I liaised with Katya in your customer service department and expressed my disappointment with this. Were we supposed to expect our colleague to go to the Post Shop and collect the basket herself? I was told by Katya that there was nothing she could do about it and that I should have read the fine print that said if a parcel wasn't able to be delivered it would be delivered to a Post Shop. If I had known that I would never have placed the order! I canceled my order and Katya said she would arrange a refund minus the delivery fee if she was able to get the courier to pick up the parcel and return it to you. Not once did she offer to get the courier to pick it up and deliver it to a home address! I received my refund but didn't receive a refund for the delivery. This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever encounted. You keep asking me to rate you out of 5 and give you feedback, I rate you a 1 only because the option to rate you a 0 isn't there. Suffice to say I won't be using you again, our Company won't be using you again and I will not be recommending you to anyone! Going by my past experience I don't expect anyone to call me or for this feedback to go anywhere.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the delivery of your hamper. We understand your disappointment, however StarTrack only delivery the hampers to the Post Office if they deem it unsafe to leave the hamper unattended – this is to avoid theft of your purchased goods. Unfortunately, once a hamper has been delivered to a Post Office, Startrack note it as ‘delivered in full’ and we are unable to arrange redirection. Once the hamper was not collected from the Post Office and returned to our warehouse, we refunded you for the value of the hamper – no freight was refunded as the driver delivered the hamper as per our T&C’s and due to an incorrect address originally being provided to us. Again, we are sorry for any disappointment caused. Thank you, GB team

I rang and spoke to support regarding the gift card message being a collection of farewell wishes. I was told to email them through and then put a note to say I'd email the messages through in the gift card text area on the online order. The gift basket recipient ended up with a gift card that states "I will send an email with messages from the team for Lyla"
