Delivery was well after due date. Package was left at school gate. No one was notified of delivery. package left in sun. Lucky to be found. Not happy with your service.

Terrible. I ordered 48 hours in advance and never got delivered, even though delivery was to a suburb in metro Sydney. Won’t be ordering from here again

This is the second time I was asked to provide feedback. This in itself shows the level of care and standard of services being provided! Overall there was basically no services after payment, though the customer service was prompt to respond, but basically, no help in getting answer re delayed delivery. And the only way to track delivery was to go to your courier's website. No information was available from Gourmet Basket!

Really disappointing. I emailed that the discount voucher was not working & have not received a reply. Website is also frustrating to use. This is a bad look for your company.

STILL waiting on delivery. Should have used a different company, shipping delays are a poor excuse for bad service. Never again will I use your company.

I am still trying to find out where it is. Once we have received it might be able to give you feedback. Nothing more fun than waiting on the phone to find out where an order is.

I paid extra for same day delivery and chose your company specifically for that purpose. I didnt arrive until the following day and then I got addittional tracking numbers saying it was delivered the day after that too which it wasn't. After contacting your customer service for a refund of the same day fee, they said they had done it but have in fact charged me for it again. After providing evidence of this, my email has been ignored.

Absolutely shocking - we ordered and paid for express delivery and the item has not arrived 4 working days after expected delivery!

So disappointed, I ordered very early to make sure this gift is delivered on time for a 50th birthday. I chose date of delivery and gift arrived 3 days after birthday party , when I rang the lady on the phone was it helpful or showed any interest in my concern/ complaint

I purchased the order on the 29th November for Delivery on 1st December. On the 6th the order had not been received. I called to find that it had not even been dispatched. I was offered a refund for the delivery. $14.95. As this gift was time-sensitive I felt that the delivery refund was poor and not appropriate. The staff member stated I'll just refund the card, no discussion. This is poor management for a gift that is over a week delayed.

My gift basket has not been delivered so far!!! It was meant to be delivered on 29th November in Sydney. I got an email saying the order had been picked up by the courier but no email regarding it being delivered. My friend did not receive it either. NOT IMPRESSED! I specifically requested that the delivery be left at my garage door, after all it is food. Instead, the delivery was left in the open where it was exposed to the elements. However, noting that the email you sent me asking me to "Rate Your Performance" was a "no-reply" email, I have good reason to suspect that you're not really interested. Regards, Peter Solomon.
