“The hamper presentation and items contained are fabulous. The method of delivery, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Delivering chocolate on a 40 degree day by Australia Post guarantees the entire contents of the hamper will be very hot and melted. Not great when the hamper is delivered to gift to a loved one in person.”

“My delivery didn’t come on the requested day, which is fine, however, it appears it sat in the depo for 2 days without refrigeration, when it was finally delivered the entire package was hot, the cheese was warm and oozing liquid. I was unable to gift this as the cheese was inedible. I’ve contacted customer service twice with no reply, extremely unhappy especially given the price I paid for a box of cheese and crackers! Packing is beautiful otherwise.”

“My son sent me a photograph of the contents. I could hardly believe such a small amount cost so much. Definitely not worth the money. I have sent food parcels to Australia each year which I have been very happy with. I’m afraid I won’t be using this company again.”

“Personally, I am so happy to have chosen Gourmet Baskets for my online gift giving experience. I had ordered the top baby basket for my friends and had it delivered to myself for the opportunity of hand delivering this supberb little package to them. To see the look on the lovely expectant Mum as she opened her gift was priceless. A very memorable moment indeed! We were all so impressed with the highest quality of everything, from the beautiful packaging to the hand picked items inside. I say again, everything is of the highest quality and suitably impressed everyone at the event. Great job again Gourmet Basket. This is the second time I have used the services. The last time was a huge hit also. I have highly recommended your services in the past, and obviously will continue to do so in the future... One last thing.
