I ordered the wine and chocolates gift box for my girlfriend’s birthday and well wishes while she recovers from cancer treatment. My friend loved her gift box from GB. Ease of ordering online and her gift arrived on time. Would highly recommend Gourmet Basket to family n friends.

The basket was not delivered as Gourmet Basket advised. Not able to contact Gourmet Basket during the Christmas/New Year holiday period to enquire about the order.

I'm writing about a gift I ordered prior to Christmas. Order 43349 a simple box of chocolates I thought was to be delivered. Previous years I've ordered and the boxes were delivered. This past year the order was not and stated that the intended receiver of the gift would have to pick it up. She is elderly and lives outside of Sydney. I live in the United States. I said I would pay for delivery and am being ignored. I do not understand this kind of service and would gladly pay for delivery or my money refunded. However I am consistently being ignored.
