“Easter hamper has not been delivered and was left on Thursday at a post office that doesn’t open until Tuesday, well after the Easter Day. A phone number of the intended recipient was given, but not used by delivery agent and no card was left in mailbox to notify recipient of a delivery being attempted or where to collect it from.”

“Ordered an Easter treat online from NZ for our Granddaughter in Melbourne.
