“Gift hamper contents were reportedly very nice, but it was delivered the next day, which is normally pretty good. Am pretty sure though I booked delivery for the following week (for a birthday). Luckily the recipient was there to receive. Also, just checking.. Presumably the cheese didn't require refrigeration? I'm told the packaging didn't give away the contents or mention in case there were any perishables, but I told the recipient to open it early in case it did.”

“I already provided feedback to say that the customer service was appalling. I ordered the hamper well in time for delivery for a certain date and it was delayed. There were no indication when I booked that hour shipping was experiencing delays. Very disappointed service and will not be using Gourmet Basket again.”
