“We ordered 4 hampers for a later date instead received somebody elses hampers at an earlier date. Not good. They do present lovely.”

“Still waiting to find out if it was even delivered! Ordered Monday 29/11 for delivery Friday 3/12 and today 6/12 still don’t know if it arrived!?”

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please know we have looked into your order and can see you selected a preferred delivery date of Friday 3/12 and delivery was made in full on Monday 6/12. The selected date is a preferred delivery date and not guaranteed, this is noted on our website when you go through the checkout process. Unfortunately, Startrack also does not deliver over the weekend either. Although the hamper was slightly late, we hope it was still enjoyed. Thank you, GB Team

“Given I paid extra for delivery I was disappointed that it did not arrive before or o the date selected. The tracking had stated was delivered but recieved next day”

“Have used Gourmet basket before and the gift hamper was great .So didn’t hesitate to use again and the hamper was gorgeous as the recipient sent us a photo . Excellent communication of your order and tracking .Website easy to navigate and like how you can add extras to your hamper. Will be using again !”

“I’ve used this company several times over the past few years having family in Australia and have been very pleased with the products snd the service. There is a good selection of gifts to suit all ages and the prices are reasonable. Slightly disappointed on this particular occasion that the hamper was delivered a day later than requested.”
