“Lovely hamper, recipient very impressed. Unfortunately delivered over a week early to the date I asked for, which stuffed things up a bit. They had to open the parcel to retrieve the cheese I'd ordered extra, and I didn't want them to get it till nearer Xmas. Other than that, all good.”

“My friend really loved her hamper however the hamper was not received on the expected day. My friend did not receive anything to say that a parcel had tried to be left at her place and I had not received any notification that the hamper was taken to the post office”
