“Bought the Espresso Martini Gift box for a girlfriend as we live opposites ends of Australia. She sent me the video of her opening it. The gift box is gorgeous and when she opened it she loved it. The crystal cocktail glass was her favourite Thank you so much”

“The presentation is very good. However the socks are not of good quality and the packet of chips does not fit the overall presentation maybe something boxed would have been the better choice”

“The service was excellent and when I had trouble ordering on the website, the company was very helpful. but I was trying to buy hampers as a guest, and as I had a profile on their database, this seemed impossible. My clients seemed were happy with their gifts.”

“The delivery was very late, and the event I was having it sent for passed. There was no communication about the delay other than a generic email about delays in November. I understand there are delays. I would have been unlikely to have ordered the gift if I had known it would take almost a week for delivery”

“My only complaint is that I ordered 2 x Christmas hampers to be delivered on 14/12/21 One was delivered to Melbourne 28/11/21 the other to Perth 3/12/21. I realise AusPost is a bit all over the place but there's not much point in requesting a date if delivery is adrift by 2+ weeks. Delivery times need looking at. Having said that the contents were good quality. Would I use them again probably not.”
