“The basket was pesented nicely to the end user DEIVERY WAS BAD ORDERED MONDAY6/12/21 ARRIVED SUNDAY 12/12/2021 IT ONLY HAD TO GO 12KLM FROM BELROSE THE LADY I SPOKE TO ON THE MONDAY SAID FRIDAY DELIVERY WAS NOT A PROBLEM”

“The ease of building the hamper and the variety on offer was great. The only disappointing thing was on the delivery side. The hamper which was a gift to an interstate recipient was left on the road verge and delivered to the next door neighbour.”

“I paid extra for same day delivery and chose your company specifically for that purpose. I didnt arrive until the following day and then I got addittional tracking numbers saying it was delivered the day after that too which it wasn't. After contacting your customer service for a refund of the same day fee, they said they had done it but have in fact charged me for it again. After providing evidence of this, my email has been ignored.”
