“Ordered white wine because recipients prefer white but received red! I realise that substitutions can be made but I should have stipulated white only should that occur!!!”

“Basket was ordered to arrive today, well in advance. Basket has not arrived today as it was only posted last night. Given the intended use of the basket, it almost becomes a moot gift since it has not arrived on time.”
