“The package took 6 days to arrive from ordering was meant to arrive Monday didn't arrive to Thursday. The package wasn't left at the address was taken to a depot a substantial distance from the delivery address. The package was for a person recovering from a medical procedure who then had to travel to the depot to collect. Upon opening the package the wooden beer cady was damaged and very poorly constructed. Thankfully the beers survived. The collection card left in the letter box also said to collect the package from a western Australian depot when the delivery address was in NSW. For near $110 pretty poor result really.”

“This hamper hasn't come directly to me as I am in the UK. However, the recipients in Australia have reported they are very pleased with the quality of the hamper and the contents. As well as that it arrived 2 days before the expected delivery date.”

“My gift basket has not been delivered so far!!! It was meant to be delivered on 29th November in Sydney. I got an email saying the order had been picked up by the courier but no email regarding it being delivered. My friend did not receive it either. “NOT IMPRESSED! I specifically requested that the delivery be left at my garage door, after all it is food. Instead, the delivery was left in the open where it was exposed to the elements. However, noting that the email you sent me asking me to "Rate Your Performance" was a "no-reply" email, I have good reason to suspect that you're not really interested. Regards, Peter Solomon.”
