“The product itself is good, though I was very disappointed with the service I requested it to be mailed out as close to Christmas as possible the gal on the phone told me that it would go out on the last shipment on December 16th so it would be there just in time for Christmas - it got there on December 10th --- wanted it to be a surprise -”
