“Order #GB66200 should be delivered on December 23. Hence, I should not be yet asked to rate the performance of Gourmet Basket given that it is not December 23. Hopefully, the basket has not yet been delivered! If the basket has been delivered prematurely, then I'd rate the service as poor as the wrong date of delivery will create a range of problems for both the recipients and the gift givers.”

“Why would you ask me how the receivers of the basket felt if it is not to be delivered till next week. Also why send me invites to order baskets five days after I have already ordered one. Then I never received an answer from my email yesterday. You aren’t in sync with your business side & your irritating emails. That is easy to rectify in this e-commerce environment. Makes one think that your professional bar is quite low. I do hope my gift basket is of a high standard.”

“The delivery to Surry Hills did not arrive as it should have today (they were there to 6pm) and the one going to Cooma arrived on the wrong day. I specifically wanted it to arrive when all staff were working tomorrow. So I'm not that happy.”
