“The hamper was delivered at night or early hours. All the cheese had melted as the insulation was insufficient and was inedible. Given that they have no excuse - it's clearly hot (!)- there was no additional allowance made to cool the package. Disappointed to say the least. Only reason they don't score less is because they delivered on time!”
