“We have recently decided to started giving our client's hampers at the handover of their new home and we choose Gourmet Basket as our first. We are so glad we picked Gourmet Basket out of the many other hamper companies around. Our client was so impressed & over the moon and could not thank us enough for their hamper. The contents of the hamper was a perfect mix of sweet, savory and wines. All of the products looked great and very high quality, a very special and unique mix. It was also great that we could customise the hamper by adding in extra items. Overall an impressive gourmet hamper, presented beautifully with a custom ribbon featuring our company logo and a personalised card also featuring our company logo to top it all off. We received excellent service from all the team to make sure our first hamper was perfect. Gourmet Basket's communication and follow through was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure the outcome was how it was, spot on! Delivery was quick and easy. It is safe to say that we will now be using Gourmet Basket for all of our home handovers going forward after our great first experience. Five plus stars, we highly recommend Gourmet Basket.”

“I didn't have an option to personalise my voucher. When I phoned the lady didn't know much about the process of vouchers.”

“Absolutely disgusted!!!! Paid $140 for bottle of Moët and 6 koko black chocolates for my sister........ extremely disappointed as I have used the hamper emporium before and they wrapped it all up beautifully and made it so glamorous but this was just in a box (I thought it might have been all wrapped up beautifully in a basket when I had paid so much) never ever using this company again. Disgusted”

Please know we do fill the box with black tissue paper to protect the items, but to also elevate the items within the gift box, and we style the outer gift box with a styling theme and ribbon.
