“Delivery was next day, and I knew where it was every step of the way. It was fabulous we could add extras pieces to customise the basket. The receiver loved it . Thanks so much!”

“Great basket, but it was supposed to arrive on someone’s birthday (a Friday) - and didnt arrived until Monday. So I looked like I screwed up. At this price, they should sort out their delivery. Also, my support questions just got a standard “it looks like it’s delivered now” response. Lame.”

“It’s a great service. However, I thought I put the delivery day of the 13th of May & it was delivered the day before. In would’ve preferred it to have been delivered on the 13th.”
