“My Ryanair flight was delayed and when I attempted to phone the number supplied a recorded message said the number was unattainable. I therefore could not inform the rental agents of my late arrival and they closed before I could get to their office. The next day I was told my booking was cancelled. I have since been unable to get aa refund from booking.com. Fix your landlines!!!”

“Very efficient service. Very kind people working there. Lovely car. Easy to book on line Being close to the Novotel is an absolute bonus for us, as we can drop the car off in the evening, stay in the hotel over night, and go to the airport at a sensible time the following day. Would recommend them to any one and everyone. Will be using them again and again.”

“Great service friendly and helpful. Easy drop off and very nice car. Shame all the rentals are off airport as have to get a shuttle bus which takes time and if in a rush or the rental isn’t open or shuts when you land it’s difficult to get the car not the fault of rental company I might add.”
