“They do not add premiums for older drivers until 75. They are very reasonable and helpful if you need to change /extend dates. Cars are fine and I had no problems getting my deposit back.”

“Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting for Refund After Over a Month I’ve been waiting over a month to receive my £1,505 deposit back from Green Motion. Despite multiple emails and repeated promises, the refund has still not been issued. This is a clear breach of our contract, which stated the deposit would be returned within 7 to 30 days. To make matters worse, I’m now being charged interest on the credit card I used for the deposit. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. Their business practices are unprofessional and deeply frustrating. Attempts to reach CEO Richard Lowden have gone nowhere, and customer service has been unhelpful. Honestly, one star feels generous. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.”
