“Great value for money. The cars aren't as new as others we have hired, and have a few age related scar's, but this is a bonus, as they weren't too fussed regarding checking for damage prior to hiring, and on return. Staff at Orlando were very helpful and added the toll transponder to the hire agreement on request a day into the hire period. The depot was about a 10 min drive from the airport, but were picked up by mini bus, so wasn't a problem. Would definately use them again”

“Unfortunately had very bad experience with a Green Motion this time. I returned the car at Riga’s airport on the 21st of May and in a couple of day got the full deposit (€1000) back which my understanding everything was fine. As well they sent me a link to leave a review 😬 After another few days I noticed that €40 has gone from my credit card. When I contacted the Green Motion I was informed that it was for “car cleaning as it was returned dirty”. I’m sticking the pictures for you all to see that that mean by “dirty”. I did wash the car before and obviously had to drive back to Riga’s airport. Bear in mind as well they are charging extra (£50) for crossing any border! It’s the last time I was using Green Motion. They are trying to rip of customers for ANYTING just to get some profit 🫣”

“We had booked our pick-up from Larnaca airport. Although, we did have a short wait and had to call the office, from then on the service was faultless. We were very impressed with the car, which was in immaculate condition, both inside and out (better than cars we've hired from other suppliers.) Unfortunately, we had a puncture during our holiday, but the Green Motion mechanic arrived in super fast time to bring a new tyre. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We'd recommend Green Motion and will use them again.”

“I recently rented a Kia from Green Motion, and I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The booking process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to get the keys. The only downside is the cancellation process. If you try to cancel, you won't get a refund. Plus, fees are added to the rental plan.”

“The vehicle we hired was excellent for our two week holiday in Scotland. Pick up took an hour negotiating fees and costs made through Economy Car Rentals - their initial deposit was not included in the car rental price, so beware this charge. Insurance from Green Motion was, in my opinion, extremely costly to reduce excess down to 400 pounds (the lowest available) from 2,000 plus pounds. Booking included a free second driver which Green Motion charged anyway and wound not refund when queried. Drop off was very impersonal and vague regarding matters of potential damage costs (which there was none) - could foresee abuse of the process and was very unprofessional. Overall, good vehicle, hidden costs, poor return process and unwillingness to refund obvious overcharge.”
