I tried several times to contact Green Motion by phone and email – there was no connection, and no response to my emails. I have an outstanding issue, but no one at Green Motion seems to want to address it. Perhaps two stars is too much, but I'm giving them because the vehicle was truly fantastic.”
“We had asked for meet and greet at Cape Town domestic but no one met us. We had to ask where the counter was and then eventually someone pointed out the Green Motion rep. She was making no effort to find us and was a long way from domestic arrivals. She took us up to the garage and the gentleman who dealt with us was extremely helpful and almost made us forget the lack of communication at the beginning. The car went well and dropoff was fine.”
