“My rental experience in September 2022 with Green Motion at Heathrow was overall excellent. Customer service on pick-up and return was quick, friendly and helpful and there were no issues with payment, deposits, etc. I would definitely recommend GM and will use them again.”
“Booked via options with Easyjet, Everything went smoothly, shuttle pick up was within about 20 minutes. It’s a very short 2 minute drive to the GM pick up/drop off, easily walkable. The office is nice and welcoming, location industrial park amongst plumber and tile merchant so busy enough. Car was upgraded so pleased with that. Thought fuelling policy was a bit odd in so far you return with what was in it when you got it, so mine was just under half full. Take a screen shot of the levels / odometer when pick up/return. Likewise take pictures of the car before you leave…would I use them again? Most definitely when comparing with other hire firms and particularly on price and friendly service which was 10/10. Happily recommending”

I feel that they are working towards eliminating those issues and poor reviews that had been highlighted on social media regarding their previous, negative, practices that was adopted by the company in the past”
“I just used this company at Stansted Airport. Great car, great service. I payed the premium price for fully comprehensive package so zero excess. Not one problem.
It seems to me most people take out the cheapest package, damage the car and complain.
I will be using Green Motion again in a few weeks. So let’s see if I get the same great service.
Hint, don’t be tight, always pay a little extra at any rental car company to save on future costs due to damage.”
