“I have had many good experiences, but that was when there was customer service. Now that they deleted their email, phone number, and can end chat when they feel like it, they stink. If they make a mistake don't expect it to be corrected. They listed a restaurant with 20% cash back. We went there and it didn't show up as a credit and there is nothing you can do. You chat and they tell you they will get back with you but don't. If they lie, so what, you have no say in the matter. They are going down the drain.”

“I purchased 3 tickets to the blue Man group. Groupon offered a 'select a date' option & I chose the date January 5th. as soon as I purchased it said that the tickets expire and one week exactly on December 8th. Unable to go on that day I contacted Groupon & they were completely unwilling to help. They would not give me a refund nor would they even simply change the date.

“Accidently clicked twice for $450 tickets at the Gaylord in Nashville. No way to contact Groupon to cancel second group of tickets. They are impossible to cancel from day 1 avoid all contact. They need to go out of business. Terrible company and a major reason not to trust some start up online sites”
