There was no power cable with the TV. completely useless to rent if there is no power cable.

The rental process itself was very smooth and price feels fait but clearly the device required some extra checks. The device works but it is very buggy, it struggles getting back to the base, it starts on the scheduled time only 50% of the time because the rest of the time there is a battery error so I need to activate it manually.

the device itself is really good, however it has been delivered with a charger cable that is a bit damaged, although it works perfectly, for th eprice i am paying per month i woudl expect to receive all accessories in impeccable condition, or a compensation of some kind of reduction on my monthy subscription or something like that, instead i was offered that i have to buy a new charger and would be refunded the full price of a charger, not ideal solution.

The shifer came incomplete, i had to order the DIN to USB cable , paid 25 euros for it 🤦‍♀️

The monitor arrived with an incomplete stand and broken screen, now I have to carry it to the return point myself even though it's very heavy and I didn't receive any compensation or even a discount. Customer service makes it as hard as possible to contact them and then all they can do is say sorry and issue a return label. No pickup, no discount, not even a replacement of the product; do it yourself!

Grover is nice. Grover let me test all the Products im interested in. Very fast shipping. The Price is okay. I’m often make orders from Grover it would be pretty if they support the frequent customers a bit more.

While it is really convenient to be able to rent devices and they arrive as if they are brand new... the grover team seems to not know anything about their products in depth or in terms of if you throw them any questions their way if something minor happens. It is as if most of the time they have people that have only clocked in to answer questions at the bare minimum level and then clock out without caring at all about the customer most of time. Yes i am satisfied with the products because they literally are in brand new condition when they arrive but most of the time, there is no technical expertise at all. For example, i previously rented a Razer gaming laptop device from Grover and this arrived as if it is brand new, however, a few months down the line there was an issue with software (glitches that happened unexpectedly even though i never damaged the device or dropped it) and the heat was always crazy high. I asked them for advice and told them what i found online in terms of what owners of Razer devices suggest for such issues, but then they say i am not allowed to repair the device for anything myself except return it. That does not make sense at all, because if you have grover care and insurance on the product then wouldn't it be more efficient if the customer takes the product to a store and provides an estimate for repair if the customer wants to keep it? instead of asking the customer to return and see if there is a replacement. But of course, as usual, the customer is always wrong these days especially in places like Germany :)
