Responded to email query quickly but missed several parts, and one brake pad sensor was miss supplied, Arrived the next day on a free service, great, 25% discount great. Brake discs and filters & sensors in the same outer case!!! This resulted in all the internal boxing being damaged, some of the parts ended up loose the outer case due to the damage, and only one disc retaining screw could be found in the disk kit. Over all okay, but the dispatch need to use common sense when shipping heavy with delicate parts.

Order of wiper blades should have come with 'free' screen wash. This was not included in my delivery. Couldn't be bothered to complain.

I used the promo code W12013 as soon as I received the email. I ordered 2 wiper blades and got 20% off of them, which was great. Also the delivery was very swift - ordered on Thursday, received on Saturday. However there was no screen wash in the parcel, which from the promo email, I was expecting to receive as well (and in need of!). It could have dropped from the parcel (2 A3 bubble envelopes cellotaped together), because one side of the envelopes was not properly cellotaped and there was an opening, which is a pity.

headlight arrived on time, however, the packaging that it was sent with could have been a little more robust as it is a light bulb. The box of the lightbulb was crushed on arrival, luckily the bulb inside wasn't smashed.

Ordered at 4.40 pm, delivery was 9am next day, so very fast. Very impressive. However, whilst the discs and pads were fine but there is a problem with the handbrake cables. One was in a bag marked Telco and one in a bag marked Vaico. After I fitted them, I found the handbrake balance bar was skewed quite a bit more than I would expect, approaching the limit of its travel. I double checked both cables were correctly fitted and that the calliper arms were at the same angle. They were. I can only conclude that the two different manufacturers assemble the cables with different amounts of inner cable protruding from the outer casing.

Website easy to use. Found a discount code on the facebook page so got a good price. I had a call next morning to confirm parts in stock so all was good until then. Collect item no problem. Bought ignition leads for my smart car. Opened the box when I got in and the rubber on 4 of the 6 leads were badly split due to age. Stock was clearly very old and the leads worse than the ones I was replacing. Going back for a refund today. Not great really.

I must admit the customer service at euro car parts is a lot better, I had preordered online and went to pick up the parts at the heathrow branch. When it was my turn in the queue the only time the agent behind the desk spoke to me was to say "next" and did you order online, there was no customer service skill at all, the agent also just slammed my change back on the desk with the receipt, no Thankyou or even a goodbye. I was quite disappointed as I work in the customer service field myself. I do not think I will be using the heathrow branch again. Thankyou

I phoned especially before placing the order online to find out what make of strut product would be supplied: was told it would be Lesjofors. Whereas in fact what has been delivered is SNG. According to various online reviews Lesjofors is a superior strut product. SNG doesn't have quite such a good reputation, but it is by no means the worst. Therefore on balance I've decided to keep the SNG product that was delivered. BUT GSF DOES NEED TO REVIEW THEIR CUSTOMER CARE OPERATIONS TO ENSURE THAT THEY GIVE FULL AND ACCURATE INFORMATION.

The Website seemed to be having a lot of problems which didn't allow me to place my order for over a day. I received and "abandoned car" notification but there was nothing I could do because if the site. The Delivery company also did not put a note through our door saying a neighbour had the delivery luckily they are friendly. I have dealt with GSF many times and find their serve very good this is a minor problem and would not put me off using GSF in future.

Classic Beetle parts were in stock and ready for collection, all good. However, I struggled with the clunky website, couldn't find what I wanted and the vehicle selection was difficult with my 1963 1200 Beetle. Also had a hard time using the promotion ecode on the website, GSF25 did not work on my brake shoes as advertised. And finally the bloke behind the counter of the Trafford Park branch is the most miserable, uninterested "customer service representative" I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Very quick service but if the part is wrong even if it's not your fault you have to pay for the return postage and wait for a refund other than that a very good service.

When I arrived to collect the parts the next day the guy could not find my order. Luckily the parts were on the shelf so I left happy ! Since then you have emailed me remind me that I still need to collect my oder?!

Had the part I required but quite expensive, plus they didn't have it at my local store I had to go home and search other stores to locate and order, would have saved a lot of my time if local store had told me which store had stock.part fitted and works fine ,store I bought from very helpful.

Very easy to find and order..downside - chose to collect in store and it took 15 minutes just to be seen to and another 15 to apply the 15% in-store discount so I was late back from a lunch break.
