Purchased a throttle cable for a Renault Kangoo. Price was good and very prompt delivery which I cannot fault However the cable supplied whilst marked for the vehicle it covered probably 10 or 12 in total, so it simply wasn't as straight forward a fit as it might have been. I managed to get something out of the original and new cable to work but far from ideal.

Service ok, shame parts listed not same as delivered. Wishbone bushes shown as solid audi TT type actually they are not just standard golf with voids.

All ok. Service not very nice and helpfull. I have asked for glass fuse and he said we do not sell them. One min.later I have found it on the shelf..... :) so they sell them hehe

Your site has improved but still room for further improvement. Your email confirmation found its way to spam and consequently did not see it when I should have. Called in to collect. It had not been picked. A minor gripe.

Cost me £11 more to click and collect the items than it would to have had them delivered as could not use the e-voucher code "GSF25" the person who served me confirmed that this is a fact. I then shared this information with the stores customers who where also surprised at this fact. :P

If the item was available for collection at the branch, providing the items you wanted to buy were applicable to the GSF25 code, there shouldn’t have been a discrepancy with this. Having looked at your recent click and collect order, the parts you reserved don’t fall under the GSF25 code, so that particular discount would not be applicable. Rang Birmingham depot to place an order was told computer was down and would get a call back. Waited all day didn't get called back so ordered on ebay that night.

Incorrect part listed on website as it doesn't fit the vehicle. Should have been a simple Saturday morning job, but won't till be done till midweek as car is off road awaiting correct part. Delivery was reasonably quick though.

Responded to email query quickly but missed several parts, and one brake pad sensor was miss supplied, Arrived the next day on a free service, great, 25% discount great. Brake discs and filters & sensors in the same outer case!!! This resulted in all the internal boxing being damaged, some of the parts ended up loose the outer case due to the damage, and only one disc retaining screw could be found in the disk kit. Over all okay, but the dispatch need to use common sense when shipping heavy with delicate parts.

Order of wiper blades should have come with 'free' screen wash. This was not included in my delivery. Couldn't be bothered to complain.

I used the promo code W12013 as soon as I received the email. I ordered 2 wiper blades and got 20% off of them, which was great. Also the delivery was very swift - ordered on Thursday, received on Saturday. However there was no screen wash in the parcel, which from the promo email, I was expecting to receive as well (and in need of!). It could have dropped from the parcel (2 A3 bubble envelopes cellotaped together), because one side of the envelopes was not properly cellotaped and there was an opening, which is a pity.

headlight arrived on time, however, the packaging that it was sent with could have been a little more robust as it is a light bulb. The box of the lightbulb was crushed on arrival, luckily the bulb inside wasn't smashed.
