Even after putting the vehicle reg in , ordered the correct part according to the web site . But upon opening the item it was in correct for the year and model ...so be careful !!

Hello Robin, Using your reg number to identify your vehicle is designed to restrict the parts down to those applicable for that make, model and engine size. I had to give 3 stars as the staff were great as normal but I keep getting the wrong part for my car, the data base is wrong for my car, brake discs, pads, fuel filter all wrong.

The nitrile gloves I ordered weren't available when I went to collect my order. Was offered the powder free gloves instead and had to pay the extra. Given the powered gloves were supposed to be in stock and reserved it would have been nice if the extra cost had been waived.

I submitted an on-line pick-up-in-branch order late on a Saturday evening. The website is well designed, especially the facility to input one's registration and get passed immediately to the correct "menu". There seems to be a fault on the website, in that it is currently showing the store as being closed on Sundays. Given this, I was quite narked to be sent an stern-sounding e-mail very late on the Sunday, chasing/reminding me for not having collected the item that day. Either a) the store is open on Sundays and the website is showing duff information OR b) the store is not open and a lot of customers are getting a bit peeved at irrelevent e-mails . As it turned out on the Monday, I had a family emergency which meant that I would be unable to collect the item that day; the chap I spoke to in the branch was helpful and 100% understanding.

Ordered sone cv joints on click and collect, when I got them and opened them they look like they had already been fitted, all the grease was already I the joint and covered inside the box they did then replace these for new ones but this shouldn't happen

Really no point in ordering online beforehand. When I arrived at the store, I had to queue with everyone else. When I got to the head of the queue, I was told I would have to wait as my items hadn't been picked yet, despite having ordered some hour and 1/2 earlier.

Courier didn't take the parcel back to the depot so I couldn't collect when I missed the delivery. I had to purchase the items else where and return GSF's parts, even though they were cheaper because I had to complete the job this weekend.

Easy to use website, good delivery options and fast dispatch and delivery as promised. however one of the items ordered arrived wrong. Could not work out how to sort this via the website so went to my local branch who have corrected the issue. I would therefore continue to use the branch in the future rather than the website.

i found the site easy to use and navigate etc only problem was a stock discrepancy when going to collect my items. was offered cheaper alternative but declined them.
