Easy to find what I needed but the purchasing process was a bit vague, not like a normal on-line transaction more like an ebay transaction. It would be an improvement if you were to immediately send an e-mail confirmation of the order, confirmation of the delivery address and a likely delivery period. All in though I was happy with the transaction.

Web site was not clear that only 1 brake disc would be supplied, although contacted by your staff to increase order to a pair means they were expensive when compared to other suppliers. Brake discs never used to be suppled singulary as most workshops would say it is dangerous to fit only one

I purchased a brake master cylinder and the seat in the connections for the brake pipes would not seal to the pipes because they were the wrong angle. I had to transfer the pistons and seals to my old unit. The webpage indicated that this was the correct part.

Used ring and reserve but foolishly didn't check contents of the bag when handed to me. Invoiced for correct item but wrong item supplied. This was corrected with an apology but did necessitate a 10 mile round trip back to the branch. This could be a very good service with more care. I will shop this way again.

Purchased a throttle cable for a Renault Kangoo. Price was good and very prompt delivery which I cannot fault However the cable supplied whilst marked for the vehicle it covered probably 10 or 12 in total, so it simply wasn't as straight forward a fit as it might have been. I managed to get something out of the original and new cable to work but far from ideal.

Service ok, shame parts listed not same as delivered. Wishbone bushes shown as solid audi TT type actually they are not just standard golf with voids.

All ok. Service not very nice and helpfull. I have asked for glass fuse and he said we do not sell them. One min.later I have found it on the shelf..... :) so they sell them hehe

Your site has improved but still room for further improvement. Your email confirmation found its way to spam and consequently did not see it when I should have. Called in to collect. It had not been picked. A minor gripe.

Cost me £11 more to click and collect the items than it would to have had them delivered as could not use the e-voucher code "GSF25" the person who served me confirmed that this is a fact. I then shared this information with the stores customers who where also surprised at this fact. :P

If the item was available for collection at the branch, providing the items you wanted to buy were applicable to the GSF25 code, there shouldn’t have been a discrepancy with this. Having looked at your recent click and collect order, the parts you reserved don’t fall under the GSF25 code, so that particular discount would not be applicable. Rang Birmingham depot to place an order was told computer was down and would get a call back. Waited all day didn't get called back so ordered on ebay that night.

Incorrect part listed on website as it doesn't fit the vehicle. Should have been a simple Saturday morning job, but won't till be done till midweek as car is off road awaiting correct part. Delivery was reasonably quick though.
