Thanks for offering me to write a review but I haven't received my parts yet. Hopefully they'll turn up soon, I was hoping to fix the car this weekend but that's not going to happen now. GSF are usually very quick to deliver though.

Website was easy to use and order by paypal. But dispatch was delayed by 1 day and the box with the Bosch security seals were broken. Usually you are supposed to reject any original Bosch with tampered seals. Why were the seals tampered with I don't know. Apart from that the customer service was reasonable and shipping was fast once it had been dispatched. I just need to send back the original unit to receive my surcharge refund.

How you made a profit on these windscreen blades I do not know the postage must of cost more than the items which were cheaper than my local discount store. Delivery was fast and within the forty eight hours. However the blades individual wrappers had been opened and the fitting clips were missing from one of blades. So I used my old clips which worked fine. Good value but not as good as you usually are.

The part I needed was available, well priced and delivered quickly, but was advertised on the site as being supplied with a seal. However, no seal was supplied which led to an inconvenient delay in fitting given that I live at a distance from a dealer. Star rating would otherwise have been higher.

despite of the wrong drawing with the right radiator dimentions, the deliverance of the right radiator went quick and as promised on the net-ad. The cancelled e-cheque resulted in getting a second radiator which i refused at the postoffice and after a phone call they acknowledged the admin made an error, and i will get a full refund of the send 2-nd radiator. hopefully in the future this won't happen again due to the fact that paying by paypal requires money on the account otherwise it will be made as an e-cheque which ruines the next day delivery!!

Ordered two brake hoses only one arrived phoned up second one dispatched immediately received following day Went from poor to very good overnight pity they couldn't get it right first time

My parts were great, but I wish I hadn't paid extra for speedy delivery. (I got them slower than I would have done if I'd stuck with normal 2nd class Royal Mail.) GSF great. Delivery company - not so great.

Radiator arrived next day. Website clear and easy to navigate. Reasonably priced. The rad itself is slightly narrow and not square but it kinda fits so not messing about with exchange.

Usually Gsf are spot on when ordering parts, I have used them for many years. My last order was based on the image I saw on their website. The part received looked nothing like the picture. When I pointed this out I was made to feel I was at fault. I have now raised the issue with trading standards who agreed "you buy something based on the image they provide" Not a happy bunny with Gsf's attitude. I have had to order the correct part from another supplier, whose image did match the part I wanted. Gsf, your customer care sucks

I have looked at the part number you ordered and found that the image was a generic image that was sometimes used and replaced it with an image specific to the part. Parts arrived nice and quickly, however they came inside two jiffy bags tacked together end to end.. £180 in parts wrapped up like some junk I'd ordered off ebay. Normally too much packaging annoys me but that was a bit much.

Well, we were getting ready for a trip to Scotland to see the wifes dad in our aging VW bus. Scotlands great, you can pull up and camp where you want to there are no signs saying no overnight staying and no policeman come to move you on like they do in England. I'd not really done much with the bus for quite a while, not even change the plugs, because it's been running nicely for a long time, and then inevitably, a week before we're due to go, so he starts playing up a bit. Nothing too bad just running a bit less than perfect so I thought right, we'll give him a bit of a service. The GSF website had a big banner saying 25% off service parts ordered online. Nice. So I ordered the stuff and then came to the checkout where I was quoted full price. Eh? I fired off a mail to the people at the local GSF and got a reply next morning to say that if I let them know what parts I'd ordered theyd give me 25% off in store when I went to pick it up. OK I appreciate that but I were a bit annoyed about the website advertising

Unfortunately the part I received was incorrect for the year of the car. I might have been mistaken in the initial order so I cannot make comment. Received promptly by mail.

I've been confused by the website it would seem. I ordered break-pads online on Thursday night (outside normal business hours) for, what I thought was next day delivery from the Totton (Southampton) branch so that I could fit them over the weekend. On closer inspection it seems that the parts may be being dispatched from Birmingham. Had I realised I could have picked them up from Totton which is where I thought I was ordering from. It's Monday morning now and I await delivery - so not the best purchasing experience I've ever had. Maybe some thought could be given to improving the clarity of the process?

The item ordered did not arrive at all. Another one was sent a week later which arrived safely in 2 days via normal 2nd class post. My postman did not recall attempting a similar delivery a week earlier? There is no tel number on either the order ack or shipment advice emails - simply states "or call us at Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm"? Would suggest adding one!

I was doing an oil change on my car and there was only poor quality oil on your website (I was looking for castrol magnatec). I ordered a sump washer but ended up getting everything from euro car parts as they had everything I needed.
