Despite putting reg in the wrong oil filter arrived. Called and was told I should have checked build date. My car is 2009 and they had pre 2007 filters in the list??? So def don't rely on the parts that come up and double check this

Unfortunately a model of car can be manufactured over a number of years and components be changed throughout the production timeline. This is why we include wherever possible additional criteria on each part, such as year to or from, engine code restrictions, etc, etc which is aimed towards you making an informed decision on what part you require. Not sure why I've been asked to write this review for something I reserved but didn't buy. I found an alternative part elsewhere that was not only more suitable but cheaper. Whenever I see something like 33% off this month, it just makes things look overpriced by 33% next month, and of course the same for last month. Why not have consistent pricing; where I won't feel ripped off one month and pay the going rate another.

Nothing to complain about so far although the part I ordered and paid for on 9th November is still awaited at the time I write this (08.49 14.11.14)

I had ordered the part for my daughters AudiTT and planed to fit it over this weekend. Due to the poor weather I was unable to get to my local GSF and have now been informed that my order has been cancelled. I had contacted my local GSF on Tuesday regarding the refund on the old brake caliper. I had ordered the caliper with a 30% voucher code, have I now lost that discount?

Hello Gerard, Thank you for your review. We have to have a time limit on click and collect orders and chose 3 working days because if a part is needed, it is usually straight away, so if it's not collected within three days, it is probably not required any more and the branch needs to release the stock so it can be sold. Obviously there are exceptions to the rule as in this case. The discount was a timed offer, so as the discount coupon has now expired, that coupon cannot be applied to any new order. We always aim to provide best value on the parts we supply and regularly send our news letter customers special offers and currently have a special discount for click and collect customers which can be seen at the basket. Fog light ok, arrived next day as promised. Fog light bulb, not right. Wrong fitting so ended up having to go elsewhere and paying a lot more for a bulb. Didnt work out much cheaper than buying from main dealer because of this (as main dealer part came with the bulb)

No point in doing click and collect, as what I ordered was not ready and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to pick it.

Upon purchasing the battery i asked if i could add some window wipers to my order and apply the the same discount as online, the till operator said yes that is fine, Once i got back home i re-checked my receipt to find out i was charged the standard rate for my window wipers, If i would of new this i would of pre-ordered them offline, This has upset me be advised one thing and it leading to another.

Not that impressed. Reserved battery on line and when I went to pick it up the wrong stock sticker was on the battery so it was the wrong one.the one I had reserved wasn't in stock.they did get the right one later the same day.either need to sort out their stock control or their staff...

I BOUGHT A EXHAUST HANGER FOR A MEGANE , IT LOOKED THE PART ,BUT WAS A COPY SO HOLES DID NOT LINE UP WITH THE GENUINE EXHAUST ,SO AFTER SO AFTER HOURS OF FILEING AND TAKING IT OFF AND ON IT ENDED UP OK, SO WILL GO TO DEALER FOR GENUINE PARTS IN FUTURE

I did the click and collect option. I went to my local store I wasn't anknowledged straight away even though some staff were just standing around. The gentleman who finally served me was pleasant enough

Nothing extraordinary. I would have liked for my order to be ready to pick up on the day instead of having to wait. Thankfully I didn't have many items, so it was quick service, but I dread to think about waiting time if my order would have been longer.

I have checked our database and am unable to find an order relating to your email address to follow up specifically, however orders placed on our website for click and collect in branch are ready for collection within an hour of placing the order unless there are exceptional circumstances where the branch will attempt to contact you to advise of any issue. Mail orders will be processed the same day provided the order is placed prior to the cutoff time and will be processed the following morning if placed after the cutoff time. Its a shame the co-ordination of the click and collect service and the branches could be better as until one knows the system one can end up going to the branch and getting a 10% discount rather than a 25% discount or 20% if the 25% discount hasn't been noticed.

Ordered headlight bulbs. Entered number plate to ensure get right product and selected headlight bulb. The bulb I ordered when arrived was a spotlight bulb. I have reordered but selecting spotlight bulb (thinking you may have them the wrong way around) and yes it is the headlight bulb. You need to check your website as they are wrongly labelled. ( Note number plate FN05OCS). I have kept the incorrect bulb as will use as a spare.

Your parcel was sent by Royal mail second class as stated in the checkout at point of purchase. some items with not the wright information ie-----corsa clutch alignment tool got one and it did not fit man on counter said ,He cant open it ,to see if it fitted you sale two of this item ,and it was the other item i needed the one i bought is now in the garage never to be used

Pricing is inconsistent between shops online & eBay. The quality of some of the parts I've bought was not up to standard. If I am going to spend time fixing my own car, I don't want to have to do the job again 6 months later when the parts failed.

Placed order with GSF Never had an order acknowledgement email Never had your order has been shipped email But they send me a review email This is the only company that I know of does this ??????? In saying all that the order was delivered in 48hrs

Hi, Thanks for your review. As you paid for your order by Pay Pal, the receipt you get from them is full confirmation of the order. It includes the parts ordered, and your GSF order number on that receipt too. We do it this way to avoid sending multiple emails to customer who don't like to feel like they are being bombarded with emails.
