Delivery was great, but I was under the impression as I keyed my registration that any part I chose from the list would be suitable, this wasn't the case & therefore I chose the best deal which in turn did not fit my vehicle, in small letters in mentions 'sports pack' & 'non sports pack'. Maybe not GSF fault, maybe Mercedes but it sure made things difficult. If you have to put your registration in, its should be 100% to your exact model/year of vehicle.

Easy enough but Eurocarparts are. Much cheaper for most parts. Come to GSF for parts not available at other outlets. GSF need to be more cost effective compared to CarParts4Less and Eurocarparts to get more of my business.

told me to put in my reg number for correct part wanted wipers 21 " sent 18" told me to send them back that would of cost me £5.90 wipers were only £9

feedback would have been better if the parts were the correct item and to be told that they dont do the correct part didnt help much. bit of a wasted journey..

Product arrived more or less as forecast. The 728i radiator breather valve was correctly labelled on the packaging however the dimensions did not match those advertised online. 2.5mm short on the threaded length and the thread size questionable. It would not tighten properly into the housing. Still to speak to GSF.

When ordering my part, it informed me that it might not fit the car after I put in the correct registration. I picked up part and it was wrong luckily they had what I wanted in stock, otherwise could of been a waste of journey.

I've ordered quite a few parts recently for a restoration and have been good value and delivered on time etc. Disappointing situation today when I called customer service to explain that the parts I received didn't match either the photo of the product on the website (which was correct) or the original part I had removed. After 15 mins of going round in circles on the phone I was told that if I wasn't happy I could return them to my local store for free - a 30 mile trip each way is not exactly free! or post back at my expense. The 'Bargain' discount I got online doesn't seem such a bargain now as I'm left with parts that will not be going on my car.

Ordered rear silencer and clamp for a citroen C4 by reg number , rear silencer fitted great but the clamp supplied was to small (58mm} although the part number was correct and this corresponded to 60mm your your site , had to source part locally as to far to go back

Great price, great quality part. Could improve on the customer service side though, was stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone asked if I was being served. Multiple people walked past and not one stopped. Apart from that all was good.

Despite putting reg in the wrong oil filter arrived. Called and was told I should have checked build date. My car is 2009 and they had pre 2007 filters in the list??? So def don't rely on the parts that come up and double check this

Unfortunately a model of car can be manufactured over a number of years and components be changed throughout the production timeline. Not sure why I've been asked to write this review for something I reserved but didn't buy. I found an alternative part elsewhere that was not only more suitable but cheaper. Whenever I see something like 33% off this month, it just makes things look overpriced by 33% next month, and of course the same for last month. Why not have consistent pricing; where I won't feel ripped off one month and pay the going rate another.

I had ordered the part for my daughters AudiTT and planed to fit it over this weekend. Due to the poor weather I was unable to get to my local GSF and have now been informed that my order has been cancelled. I had contacted my local GSF on Tuesday regarding the refund on the old brake caliper. I had ordered the caliper with a 30% voucher code, have I now lost that discount?

Hello Gerard, Thank you for your review. We have to have a time limit on click and collect orders and chose 3 working days because if a part is needed, it is usually straight away, so if it's not collected within three days, it is probably not required any more and the branch needs to release the stock so it can be sold. Obviously there are exceptions to the rule as in this case. The discount was a timed offer, so as the discount coupon has now expired, that coupon cannot be applied to any new order. We always aim to provide best value on the parts we supply and regularly send our news letter customers special offers and currently have a special discount for click and collect customers which can be seen at the basket. Fog light ok, arrived next day as promised. Fog light bulb, not right. Wrong fitting so ended up having to go elsewhere and paying a lot more for a bulb. Didnt work out much cheaper than buying from main dealer because of this (as main dealer part came with the bulb)

No point in doing click and collect, as what I ordered was not ready and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to pick it.
