Computers down, queues up.....wrong parts ordered, basically a lot of wasted time.

We apologize for our computers being down which was a larger issue than just for GSF and affected multiple large comapnies and organizations. This did indeed result in a slower service because everything had to be logged to add to the computer system when it was back up and running. This inevitably led to larger than normal queues and longer waiting and service times. Ordered my part on the 30th of April and still not here yet! You say you sent a replacement out so waiting to see if that turns up!

They didn’t, I had to pay slightly more than what was quoted when I ordered the filter. Disappointing service at Torquay.

Discount code and Click & Collect very good. The pollen filter I bought was inferior to the part fitted and required for the car. The Veleo filter that was in the car had flexible cuts, so it could be slightly bent/curved when fitting, the GSF Hengst was rigid, was difficult to fit and started to break up when slightly curved. The good points: You offer good prices and fast delivery options. The bad points: I order specific parts from specific manufacturers for a reason. When the parts arrive they are often alternatives from different manufacturers. Technically they will do the job but they are not the parts I ordered.

I ordered a part, online on the 28.4.2018, in did not get the part until the 8.5.2018 and it had to me manly ordered in branch, they had the part I needed in another branch but would not sell it to me at the online price, during this time no one call me to to update me on where or when my part would be in, I feel they could of handled it better and quicker. Thanks to John @ Nottingham for finally sorting it out.

A great place for parts, with helpful and able staff. The store is full of racks of engine oils, but there's no pricing information. I'd love to have bought some, but the staff seem overworked and there's always a queue of customers, so I get my engine oil elsewhere.

Drop link parts supplied were mis-labelled with incorrect part number - my husband ordered the correct parts with correct part number but only discovered when he got home they were wrong. Very, very inconvenient and made worse when the sales assistant was completely uninterested when I returned them for a refund.

With a Click and collection order, all of the part should be ready to be collected. I waited over 20-30 mins for this order to be processed and then left the store. The whole process just took so long.

Although I used my car registration to order the required parts. The brake pads received do not for my car. Now I have to spend my time returning them to a store.

The wishbones I purchased clearly showed the ball joints in the photographs. When I collected the parts I was told that the ball joints were not included and I would need to pay extra for them. If you click the specification tab it does state 'excludes ball joint' but I did not press this when I made the purchase. It was only pointed to me when it was too late. False advertising by GSF.

I ordered 4.55 litres of Carlube 20w/50 oil but received 4 litres of Comma oil instead. I was short changed by just over 1/2 a litre. Due to a busy schedule I had no choice but to use it especially as returning is such a hassle.

I placed my order online for collection at the Eastleigh branch. When I got there they had no record of my order and could not honour the online price. They did there best, but I still paid more than I expected. A day later I got an email to say my order was ready for collection!

The quality of the parts are very good but even though phoning and asking for correct part numbers we have been given the wrong parts on numerous ocations very frustrating!!! So please check your parts do actually fit first before you strip your car 😊

I ordered the part I needed on a Monday evening with a next day £8 delivery. I didn’t receive the item until Thursday morning. Very disappointing

Both parts for the Saab were packed wrong. Totally different parts and part numbers to what was on the list. Plympton branch helpful yet surprised as it was totally wrong from Torquay.
