Ordered a left and right hand indicator - one was correct one was completly wrong, youd think this would have been noticed?

Went to the Heathrow branch to collect a new battery for my car. Had to wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes before being served. Loads of staff walking around but none seem to do much. Next time I will use the free delivery service if available, will let GSF cover the cost of delivery

I went to the Cheltenham Branch in order to return a product well to exchange actually and arrived at 2:45 on a Saturday 23/02/18. only to find they were closed. Strange as i could of sworn you close at 3pm on Saturdays? Needless to say i went elsewhere.

Completely the wrong size battery for my stop/start BMW 1 Series. Although the car starts, not only does the stop start function not work, physically the battery is less wide but so tall, the floor does not sit flush anymore eating into my boot space. Can you do something about this please? Click and Collect Order Number can be provided

Ordered Part online, Then later Realised that the closest depot to me is Closed on Sunday, Bilston Road. unable to leave work, to collect Saturday. cancelled order.

I was offered a 60% discount code on Valentine’s Day. I used it to purchase some engine oil and later realised that the same oil that was £125 on the GSF website was £35 online so would have cost me more. I subsequently cancelled the order as GSF refused to price match or even come near to the other online prices. Very disappointing as the opportunity to use the 60% discount code has now passed. Please can I have another 60% discount code?

well, i ordered a number of items for 'click & collect' but when i got to the store my stuff wasn't ready for collection. In fact, the chap behind the counter had to go off and pick my order. I thought it would be a 5 min thing, but was standing around for the best part of half an hour. I had paid for the order before he went looking but had to have a refund for the main item i wanted because despite it being listed as 'in stock'. It was a can of paint: when i asked the assistant if there were any other colours available he was very dismissive and un-helpful. Anyway, i took the rest of my order and went home. Looked on the website again to see that the paint was still 'in stock'. So i 'click & collect' again, this time for all the colours listed. I rang the store next morning to see if they could check if the items were actually in stock and i was told that despite it showing there were 15, there was none....!! so 1, not exactly a 'click & collect' service - i gained absolutely nothing over standing in the queue and ordering at the counter 2 no stock when showing in stock 3 poor service overall 4 the other items were good though and at a great price

Hello and thank you for your comments. We apologize that your order was not picked as ready for collection straight away. This should normally be the case without exception which enables the branch to contact you in the event of a discrepancy between the computer stock and actual stock on the shelf. In this instance the Silver paint was a line flagged for removal from range and it would appear stock had been moved without removing it from computer stock. My vehicle is incorrectly listed so most of the time the parts that are supplied are wrong.

The steering rack gaiter as shown in the picture on your web site indicates it comes complete with fastenings. It didn't. Nor did another one in stock at your Basingstoke branch. Steve at the branch tried to source the correctly sized items but to no avail. So after two visits, one phone call and a promised return phone call which didn't materialize, I gave up. Placed order with Euro Car Parts which came complete with required fastenings.

I paid £8 extra for next day delivery before 12 I didn't receive items till the following day. I have e-mailed twice and have had no response.

On 30/1/18 I ordered 8 litres of ATF fluid online taking advantage of one of your discount codes. The following day I received an automatic email saying due to high demand the delivery of the item would be delayed by 24 hours. On 1/2/18 I phoned the local branch to check if the items had arrived to be told not yet but would be ready for collection on Saturday 3/2/18. I phoned on 3/2/18 to be told items not yet arrived but would ready to collect on 5/2/18. I phoned on 5/2/18 to be told as I didnt collect within 24 hours of the order the item had been returned and the order cancelled and that I couldn't purchase the item at the original online discounted price. Only when I argued that the store had acted incorrectly and been in accurate in checking the order status did the branch manager agree to honour the original order price. I collected the items on 7/2/18.

Made an order on the Monday morning ,received order confirmation and note I would be told I would be informed when ready for collection within 24 hours .however they day after I received a message telling me here was a slight delay due to volume of orders and not to travel for collection as it wouldn't be there and again to await confirmation they were available for collection. Heard nothing for a few days then received an email telling me I hadn't collected my order so it was cancelled? And did I want to order for delivery. We're I told they were there as communicated I would have been there. Faulty i.t system needs sorting

Order was placed online went to store to collect guy serving was really rude told me I should have read the email they are in stock the next day, went in the next day same rudeness was told they are behind on deliveries come back again next day went in again and finally products was in store no thank you or any customer service. Very disappointed

Well, I ordered a replacement ABS sensor for my car from your site after entering my reg. It gives you two options against all sensors (Standard and premium), not stating the difference (if any) between them. I bought a "Standard" after market one which was then fitted to my car and proceeded not to work, which meant a return visit to the mechanics and a purchase of the "premium" sensor which then proceeded to work. Looks like the mechanic damaged the "Standard" getting it back off the car so there's no point me coming in for a refund on this item so I lose the money on that and my time for the return visit to the garage. Not impressed. If these white box "after market" sensors don't seem to work, why sell them?

It would be very good as bought parts many times on good price and good quality but i never seen these type of arrogant sale persons in my whole life like working on Bradford branch they hate if you tell them you have reserved order online and come for collection.

Sent me the wrong discs caused me a load of grief. The one's sent where much more expensive with bearing built in. But they don't fit. I will never use this company again.
