Website servers cannot handle the traffic the site generates. Most of the time when I am trying to find parts or add parts to my basket, I get either a 502, 503 or 504 error due to server overloading... It took me 4 hours this morning to make a simple order, coming back every couple minutes to try again. Every time I get this error it logs me out and empties my basket....

The item I bought "Skoda rear left lock" failed in the locked position. Initially I had an intermittent rear door lock. With the new unit fitted It is now locked completely and cannot be opened at all so it is impossible now to remove it because the door has to be open to access it. Not a good situation now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Order four wheel bolts for my car, which I had delivered. One was completely wrong. So ended up having to drive down to the local branch to get it changed.

The online me system wouldn’t let me order a non vehicle specific part for my car without a ref no, price came up as for 2 of the item but only put the order for 1, so lost the 30% discount as a first order, and had to buy 2 at normal price over the counter.

Ended up buying 2 parts as your system or bmw that was referred to to order part said one but it the other I needed so out off pocket

Hi, Thank you for leaving a review. I can see you have ordered three left hand tie rods and one right hand tie rod over four orders. Unfortunately your review contains little information as to the actual issue, i can only presume there is an issue with either the side ordered or the part compatibility. Hello Sharon, We can see from your order history you have ordered two LH track rod ends and one RH tack rod end. If you don't need one of the track rod ends because it was ordered by mistake, simply return it to your click and collect branch for a full refund. We list the track rod ends as handed so can only assume that two left hand (near side) ones were ordered whenyou needed one LH and one RH version. 2 different orders and noting received, looks like you used the invoice address (missing the house number) and not the delivery address. somebody in your office advised going to the post office depot which I did and was told that anything missing the house number would be automatically returned to sender, in which case somebody in your company has received these back and nothing as been done to resolve the issue, I would look the parts that I ordered ?

It looks like when you entered your address details, you missed off the house number which is why your parcels were not delivered to you and why because the post office had no idea where to deliver them to, they have been returned to us. It's vitally important to input correct address details so we can fulfill the order for you. We have made a note to our dispatch team to ask for address clarification if this happens again n future but obviously will delay the dispatch of items while we are waiting for full address details. Needed gear controls cables for a 307, so went on the website to order the part for which there was only one listed for my car. Tried to fit it and discovered that it wasn't the correct part but managed to use it for a workaround. Went back to GSF the following day where they did a search online which came up with the same result as i got, however, when they searched on their system against the MPN it came back with part not stocked. So what i'd like to know is why are GSF happy to sell parts when they know that they are not compatible?

I had ordered 2 quantity of 5 litre anti freeze. The package turned up, but with only I bottle of antifreeze and an invoice for two!

The main part I ordered "mini r52 cooper s rear windscreen wiper motor" was wrong on the system so had to send it back as the replacment sent out was not adatable to fit.

Parts ordered for delivery, I ordered a head gasket, a set of bolts and some other bits. All was shoved in a jiffy bag, one part was damaged fortunately it doesn't stop it from working but not the point. Poor care and poor attention to detaiI won't be ordering for delivery again. Good price tho and quick delivery

I purchased EXPANSION TANK Part No : 174RE0100 for Ren clio 02 plate from the Poole Branch The quality of the tank was terrible, I had to get a craft knife out, cut away at the excess production plastic inside and out, had to use a screwdriver to poke clear the coolant holes of plastic. Where the tank was molded together as two parts the mold didn't line up so the cap wouldn't fit, I had to cut away at the plastic to make it line up, when it came to fitting the tank one of the bolt holes wasn't the same size as the original part, I had to drill away at the plastic to make to bolt hole bigger and eventually it fitted.

I think you're great, but I have a V8 engine and ordered 8 spark plugs..... you sent 4!! I also ordered an air filter...... wrong size....... Too small..... Keep up the good work though....

I requested a return via your website and am still waiting for a response (automated or otherwise) 2 days later. The request was sent, as it's registered on My Account. I need an answer to the question sent. I imagine that might be a busy time of year, but I'd expect an email explaining that at least. Thanks for asking for a review. I only buy from you when i have a 50% discount code as you falsely inflate your on line prices so it looks like you get a big discount with the code! In reality the codes only ever bring the price down to standard retail!

Gsf did not send my 4.5 litres oil I rang them 2 times but they still did not send my oil on the third time I rang then they sent my oil .I think they they should give me compensation for wasting so many days

If you buy a "premium quality" Chinese radiator please budget for a GSF rad cap as the proper Ford one does not fit.

I had to contact GSF to get a tracking number for the delivery. I ordered front brake pads and the clips supplied did not fit. I suspect they were rear pads. Not a show stopper, as I cleaned the original clips and reused them, but that was extra time on the job.
