We use the term Premium when we have equivalent quality parts from more than one supplier so you know that you are getting a top quality product regardless of the actual brand supplied. Wrong items sent. And ordered replacement paid extra for next day delivery but lack info on delivery timings on ordering page, so money wasted. Will not be using GSF again.

A little disappointed when I ordered a part only to get there and it was incorrect even after you saying it was right so given another part but unable to use the discount code if I was given the correct part in the first place would have saved myself almost £100 but they didn't seem to it mattered

Only ever have one of the two tills open, my last visit I had to wait in line for twenty minutes for a number plate bulb.

Asked in store for 2 part nos for exhaust before I ordered on line and it seems 1 part no is incorrect has 1 part of exhaust is wrong. Also purchased gasket, clamps and rubber mounts and the rubber mounts are wrong! Hope I can change exhaust and rubber mounts in store without any hassle.

Website ok pick parts up when I went to fit them they were wrong part had to put my tools away then go back to shop and change part

no delivery 10 days after order placed unable to track progress had to ring up to find out what was happening only to be told courier had, allegedly, left parcel in garden which means that they must have gone to another address as we were in on the day of delivery and no card was left to confirm visit

I ordered the parts (three windscreen wipers) online with the advertised 56% discount on Saturday morning for correction at Peterborough. Two of then were not in stock. The confirmation email said they would be ready to collect from Wednesday. I thought this was a bit long but was not in a hurry so willing to wait. I went to collect them Wednesday afternoon and was told that I could not have them at the discounted 56% off price as the order had been cancelled by the manager despite showing the confirmation email. I argued it wasn't my fault the manager had cancelled and eventually they got the price down although still paid more than the price I ordered them at. A very poor and unsatisfactory experience. I would love to meet the manager!

I ordered 4 items on the website & it stated my local branch had them in stock, so I did a click & collect. On arrival to the Norwich branch the items were not picked for my arrival & then to find out only 1 out of 4 items were in stock!

I had placed order - 100384917 on 15/10/2017 of amount £39.10. I received a message on 16th that order is ready for collection. I went for collection however i was told that the said order is not in system and they cannot give the same price. Since it was urgency i had to agree as i did not had a choice. I paid £43.20 against the same order number. When i asked why the order number is same i was told that they have manually entered the same order number. My invoice amount is £43.20. I contacted birmingham office to report this issue. I was told that someone will reach out to me. But no one contacted hence this email. Can you advise why do i have to pay additional? The reason i am thinking of placing order for another item and donot want to be facing similar issue. Regards.

Placed order click & collect at nearest store, received email stating a date when order will be ready to collect, popped in to store a day befor stated collection date as I was in the area, at the store I was told the order had been deleted from the system as it was over three days, but 1 day befor the stated date sent on the collection email, then had to wait 50 minutes in the store while the order was sorted out so o could pay for the order & take it away Placed another order, email confirmation stated collect in store the following day, made a specific journey to the store to collect order to be told order will not be ready for another 2 days, meaning a second journey to the store to collect the order, from this point on i will source my parts else where as I don’t like my time being wasted & incurring the extra cost of making two trips to collect one order

The wing mirror I ordered seems fine and good value for money. The window winder mechanism while inexpensive was terribly poor quality. Very cheaply made and did not work very well once fitted.

Good prices, but some of the staff could do with better customer skills, on one occasion I visited your store at 5.20pm to almost be turned away because they closed in ten minutes, and another occasion I didn’t have the registration number written down as it was a new car and the guy at the store said “ oh for f**ks sake” not really how you should treat customers in my opinion

I ordered the items on the 6/10/2017 and didnt recieve it untill the 10/10/2017 when an advert advertises 48 hour delivery that is poor by any standards, the product 2Ltr Gear oil was fine the service not so much.

Hello and thank you for your review. Your order placed on Friday 6th of October was packed and shipped the same day. We do not have a Saturday delivery service due to the significant cost of this service. Our 48 hour delivery service does not include weekends, only working days, so although our courier delivered later than we would have liked on the Monday, it was still delivered within the 48 hour working day window. Ordered mirror for my Audi a5 and even though i checked registration number for the correct model i received a mirror that didnt fit. On contacting gsf i was told it was becaude the mirror had changed size at some time. The fact they were aware of this and it wasn't picked up at time of ordering is inconvenient as I need to take it back. Also didn't have the correct mirror and only offered a refund.

Hi, Thank you for your review, The reg lookup system is there to assist you in finding components for your line of vehicle between the production dates displayed. The components used on vehicle change throughout production and GSF always en devour to include any important information to help identify the correct component, this can be found along side the image or in 'vehicle info' on our mobile site.
