Went in to Basingstoke branch to buy brake pads for my nissan was told only got the one set for my car in stock and was told they were the right ones which they were weren't. when I told him I always get the wrong ones given me he said best I sell the car if that's the case. So I showed him the correct one's on your website that we're in stock the that said you best order them for click and collect if you want them at that price. When he could have just got instead of wasting my time

Ordered some brake disks and brake pads online for collection same day from Peterborough GSF. Got email confirmation that parts were ready and can collect. Drove 20 miles from home to gsf in Peterborough only to be told that the parts aren't in stock and have to order for next day. Told them not acceptable and not to bother!! Went outside, ordered from Euro Car Parts. Almost next door and had them in stock!

WRONG PART SUPPLIED EVEN THOUGH WEBSITE SAID IT WAS THE CORRECT PART FOR MY CAR. WHEN I PHONED TO NOTIFY GSF I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T KEEP THE PART FOR MY CAR (an ABS wheel sensor). PERHAPS THEY SHOULD CORRECT THEIR WEBSITE.

This does not include weekends and is due to the fact that each mat order is manufactured specifically for your order. We do apologize that this wait may be longer than you anticipated. I ordered Oil and coolant and a number of other things, and due to the order being packed poorly, the oil and coolant didn't arrive due to being damaged. It took almost 2 weeks from when I ordered to receiving the damaged goods and there was still a missing item. I have all the items now, but the radiator cap I ordered was incorrect. For this inconvenience, there was no offer discount code etc for the delays I received. All in all, I will be not be using GSF on-line again and use a local motor factors to obtain my parts.

The online purchase went well fast service, good price compared to your competitors, went to my local store to pick up my parts (Bosch are I twin wiper blades) web order had come through he went to get my parts put valeo wipers on the counter (an inferior product) not what I order like it was fine to give me something I didn't order? and didn't want ?!?!? Strange? his response was that's all we have in stock! yet online it was fine to pick my order up? He arranged to get stock from Birmingham but I've not received a response from this so have since bought online from one of your competitors

I went to collect my order, after receiving an email, confirming that my order was ready for collection, only to find the parts were not all there. They had to order more in for the next day. Disappointed.

GSF offered big online discount codes, after entering registration of vehicle, selecting parts and then the checkout screen confirming 'this will fit your vehicle' prior to buying, 2 separate orders for 2 different vehicles, neither order supplied parts suitable for the vehicles they were ordered for (despite the before mentioned entering registrations and confirmation at checkout). Unsurprisingly, when trying to change in store, GSF would no longer honour the online discount and parts had to be purchased at full price, verging on miss-selling.

I inserted my vehicle registration and believed all parts would be compatible with my car, but this was not the case. By the time i wqs made aware they were not compatible I had already purchased them. I emailed GSF and at initially I was helped out with acquiring the correct parts (3 in total). I was told they are on their way to me. 3 days later I recieved ONE of THREE parts ordered. I emailed GSF with a picture attached with the part which arrived. I received an email apologising and telling me it may have been missed off the consignment. I explained that i had booked the vehicle in at the garage and also had planned a family trip. I lost £35 to the garage for cancellation and had a disappointed family which has just added to my stress. I asked to be compensated to which i was offered £20 which didnt even cover the cost of the cancellation. I am STILL waiting for the parts to arrive. 24.07.17 i made the order and today it is 01.08.17. After all this i recieve an email from GSF stating according to their records the items have been delivered which was not the case. Due to miss-communication between GSF staff i had to explain everything all over again just to be told the order has been placed and the order should arrive today (31.07.17). I emailed to ask if the parts could be sent out the next day via special delivery and i am STILL WAITING for a reply to my email. I have not had a good experience and feel undervalued as a customer.

Hi, Thank you for your review. The website registration search is a valuable tool in finding the correct parts for your line of vehicle, during the production line manufacturers will change components resulting in multiple variations of one component. The website will show all the options applicable to the line of vehicle along with the relevant data to aid identification of the correct item. We have looked into the situation with the courier and it appears you ordered the last flywheel in our stock, as it appears the courier missed it off your consignment, the item has had to be ordered in for you, causing a short delay on the part coming in. The order placed on 24/07/17 @ 19:48 was cancelled due to the incorrect selection and you replaced the order on the 25th direct with my colleague. This was shipped the very same day with the delivery issue highlighted on the 27th, the component was ordered in for delivery to us Monday and it is currently out for delivery. I can see communication with yourself where we have asked for a copy of payment for the £35 cancellation fee and the supporting documents from the garage, however, as these have not been provided we have provided a goodwill gesture of £20.00 for the inconvenience. We are sorry for all inconvenience caused. Thanks GSF Car Parts.

visited shop no one on the counter them someone appeared and said wait a minute he then made another phone call whilst I waited(could he not have served me first then made his phone call?). Ordered item on the Monday and got a message to say it would be ready on Wednesday morning after 09:00 at 09:15 on Wednesday got a message to say "we have noticed that you haven't collected you item yet" give me a change it had only been available for 15 mins?

We are sorry that you did not see this information when placing your order. This is both on our delivery details page and next to the countdown timer for same day dispatch. I ordered a brake light switch for my VW T4. I entered my van registration and confirmed that the vehicle was the correct one being displayed. Upon arrival the brake light switch that had been sent was the wrong one with 4 spade terminals, rather than the 2 terminals I have on the faulty switch that was in place. Hacent to say it would not fit.

This is because there are often choices because of various option or trim levels when the vehicle was manufactured. Twice I have ordered oil with you and both times you have recommended the wrong oil so after ordering it and collecting end up not getting discount as on email but paying the full price, Now I do not know if this is just a ploy to get people to use GSF with discounts that are compromised!

Ordered parts on line click and collect. On returning home (14 mile round trip) checked part against original and found wrong part supplied. Checked online order and found wrong part number supplied. Phoned store (Leamington) asked if could deliver out but no vans going my way. Second 14 mile round trip to exchange, no acknowledgement of mistake. Mistakes happen and at least an apology would have been acceptable. Completed on line feedback form and didn't even get an acknowledgement. Customer service very poor all round.

Two things. One I wished to order a set of mats using a discount code and the site wouldn't let me, despite explicitly being sent an 'Abandoned Cart' discount of 20% for that same product (again, the discount code wouldn't work). Also, I am still to receive the final consignment of an order made a week ago because GSFs chosen shipper, Parcelforce had misplaced one parcel and then expected me to collect it from a sorting office rather than deliver it as they were contracted to do.
