After ordering the parts to click & collect my pregnant wife went to collect as she was passing. She was stood for 15 mins waiting to be served. Then another 10 mins to wait for the order.

The part you listed on the website was the one i needed (picture being exactly like the part removed from the car) my fiancee collected the part for me and when i went to fit it at the weekend it was completely wrong. No lead attached and completely wrong fitment. When i returned to the store the chap that initially helped me was polite and apologised for the issue after seeing the listing for himself on the internal system. Upon talking to someone in a side office he was told to tell me that the pictures are for illustration purposes only. I appreciate that but when you list the product and it should only come in 1 fitment so only look as pictured it is somewhat annoying being given the completely wrong part and being spoken about like an idiot. Poor service and will encourage me to stick with ECP in future as they seem to resolve any issues without treating me like an idiot.

First set of parts presented to me: air filter was incorrect part (completely wrong shape air filter). Salesman exchanged air filter, the second one he brought out seemed okay. Took them home, changed oil and filter, went to change air, wrong shape, wouldn't fit air box. Nevermind, I'll change the rear wiper blade. Oh that doesn't fit either. On top of that, I couldn't have exchanges only refunds because I'd bought all the original kit on a special offer. So I then had to pay extra for the air filter to actually fit my car, even though I'd bought the one suggested to me by GSF!

The click and collect isn't working at the Heathrow branch (Feltham). On each and every occasion I've ordered, taken the print out and arrived I've had to wait like everyone else and then they go and pick the parts. The next effect of pre-ordering is just wasting that time, as it doesn't even mean the parts are actually in stock. My advice is just turn up, queue and order, like everyone else.

It would appear that one of two things have happened here. 1. the Reg lookup has not identified the correct vehicle for you so the parts listing is incorrect for you vehicle or 2. there are choices of the components you require and the incorrect ones have been chosen. The item ordered was found to be broken when inspected at the sales counter. A suitable replacement was not in stock, hence immediate refund had to be provided. A totally wasted journey on my part.

Totally disappointed with GSF, after ordering part for over £100 on line and claiming 30% discount, after collecting item I find I could have claimed 52% discount!!

Trying to buy parts on-line,one was only available for click and collect so I went down this route but wasn`t getting any feedback as whether parts were being reserved or not. In the end I gave up.

Why do you have so many prices for the same item. Inflate price send discount email. Its just silly. The part I got was not even in best condition. Looked like it had been on the shelf for years.

Ordered part from website which was described as for my exact model and engine fitted to the car. When the part arrived it was not the correct one and did not fit. I rang to arrange to return for a refund but unfortunately have to pay return costs. So I still don't have the correct part and it cost me £2.90 for nothing.

Spent over £51 on spark plugs to have the garage take them out telling me there not the right one's and fit my old one's back in so I've wasted my money getting something gsf said suits my engine when it doesn't

Arrive in the branch, and found no-one at the counter. Could hear and see many staff other side of two-way mirror. Waited 4 minutes THEN someone came out from behind the two-way mirror. Apologetic, however, why the delay?

Hi Guys. Was very frustrating, to be fare guys. My English is very good, but unless your system has letter to letter it does not only give you a alternative, it gives you nothing. If you go on other sites, you find things easier. Now I am not an office guy, but this does have to improve or it will effect yearly figures and lose customers, which no one wishes. Wrong injector seals for a MK2 Golf, only ones listed and correct engine code but massive in comparison. To be fair they were only about £2 or something so not worth sending back. Delivery time wasn't bad but hey ho. These things happen.

I had to go and collect it from local post office. Even though someone at home at the time of delivery and it seems delivery driver did not care. We ended up paying more the part we purchased with special discount as it was not the right part. It happened when we used Click and collect service.

Part was listed as fitting my vehicle, however, on collection and return to my home I realised it wasn't the correct one. Sorted and exchanged no problem but annoying to do the journey twice.
