Ordered oil and filters for a service, everything went through to dispatch. Then got an email saying it couldn't be delivered to my location (Northern Ireland). Not really acceptable in this day and age.. N.I is part of the UK too!!

Hello and thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to restrictions placed on us by our courier, there are certain products we are not allowed to ship to Northern Ireland by airplane. 5 ml grease wasn't good enough, only for very small jobs and the lack of description of the grease leaves you guessing, its not copper grease but lithium.

Hello and thank you for your review. The product title states "BRAKE GREASE - 5ML SACHET" which is recommended for all brake jobs. This is specific brake grease and is neither copper or lithium. Copper grease and Lithium based grease are not recommended for use with braking components. One sachet is enough for an axle set of brake pad change. We also do a larger brake grease which can be found at https://www.gsfcarparts.com/981aa0560 which has been tested specifically for use with braking components. Some parts sent incorrect for car even when used Reg number to search parts.

Hi Customer service was very good, the problem was that springs I've bought were different size, my mechanic has undone the old springs to find out, that one new spring is wrong size (too big) Had to put the old ones back in, now I'll have to wait a few days until I can get it sorted. Obviously I will have to pay extra labour for the first attempt.

Waited long time for battery had to ring before anything seemed to happen battery finally turned box damaged it was soaked in something definitely not water I think it was acid as two days later misterious holes appeared in bottom leg of jeans if not been so desperate for battery would have sent back

Once again parts ordered online for collection weren't in stock when it stated they were - resulting in a second trip to store Store was showing stock too - sort out your stock control - it can't be difficult in 2017

Ordered a set of ignition leads, description said 4 leads, when collected only 2 leads in box, phoned gsf to be told i ordered the wrong item even though the description said 4 leads

Hello Carl, These Volvo engines should have two coils and two plug leads, if you were expecting four, we believe the wrong vehicle may have been selected from your reg number. Who ever printed the labels for the parcel didn't fill up full address like I wrote it and I had problems with the delivery. It took 4 days to receive the parcel. This is very unprofessional.

First was given the wrong product then was told by the branch to return the item Monday after 8:30am as they didn't have the item I needed in stock. Returned Monday morning about 9am to then be told that I would have to return after 1pm. As you could imagine I was less then impressed by the poor service from the peterborough branch and doubt I will use them again. I was not offered and apologie nor anything for the inconvenience of the 3x 6 mile round trips in order to get the original product I had ordered from the online system.

The product I had come in to purchase was the wrong part for my car, even though the website said it was correct . Turns out you don't even do the correct wing mirror for the face lift Astra h. As for the £70 you wanted for the product. That's just mad for a peice of glass.

Hello Dan, We are sorry that you were unable to get the correct part in store for your Astra. We list a number of options including stick on repair glass or a replacement glass with heated element which is what you chose. This was actually less than £30. We also list a variety of complete mirrors for this model from the basic black to pre primed heated electric options. Without your reg number to check what happened on your particular order it is hard to say why you had your problem. Ordered online, and collected from local branch. However -the wrong oil (10-30w listed, but the car actually takes 10-40w), and wrong oil filter were waiting. GSF's computer system doesn't seem to be able to cope with French cars!

Our oil recommendations come straight from our oil suppliers so while it may not match what you are expecting, it is correct as far as our suppliers are concerned. All technical information normally lists alternative grades of oils. Recently ordered on line for a fuel filter for my car, even after putting in my car registration the filter was the wrong one. This is the second time I've had this problem with your online services.

Spent £180 instore/collection on service parts and then to find discount code online which would have saved 25.77 and would have collected from same store.Could have made return and reordered but was not happy bunny . Made another purchase two days later using internet and collected from store and saved £30 odd pounds ,Disappointed having to use internet to get best price.

went on line to purchase rear brake pads and t cut , collection from Derby . When i arrived tp pick the pre ordered items they had the brake pads but t cut was out of stock .

Ordered an alternator - website advised the one I purchased was correct for my car, stating "will fit" based upon registration, however, having installed it I discovered the electrical connection was different. GSF advise they wont accept a return as it would be marked via the fitting process and, even if they did, it would need to be returned to Birmingham for an exchange, rather than at a local branch, leaving me without a vehicle for however long that might take. I have now had to modify my vehicles loom to suit the alternator to get me back on the road with an alternator that is still not quite right.

No record of my online order(pay on collection). Part collected ( air hose) fell apart I.e. Was very poor quality. Couldn't be bothered to waste more of my time returning it so chalk it up to experience.
