“Ordered parts never received raised issue with your company got reply Elliot maynard showing info that someone had signed for the parts yet was nobody in my household and asked how can this be resolved with no response have contacted parcel force the company you chosen courier company and await there response and your companies how do this get resolved”

“Phoned shop for part, yes we have it here,travelled approx 5 miles , to be told come back tomorrow we will have it for you, wasted time approx 15-20 miles journeyed. Good part , bad info , please wake up.”

“Ordered Distributor cap for VW Polo with engine code APQ but your site does not ask if it is a Bosch or Marelli distributor. Turns out I have a Marelli and the part supplied is for Bosch. Likewise the rotor arm, so had to take back and get a full refund. Sourcing the parts elsewhere now.”

“There Are items you stock but do not then have listed when you do your discount deals. But if you go to the store there they are on the shelves. Why do you inflate the prices then offer discounts, surely keeping prices low would keep customers returing with out the gimmicks.”

“This is the second item that i have purchased on line for collection from the Doncaster branch. On both occasions the goods were not available when i arrived to collect them. The last time when i went, the aerial was not there the branch ordered it in for me to collect later i went back for it and it was obvious that it was used and parts were missing the third time i went it was ok. 6 trips to collect 2 items!!”

“Claimed to have an exact correct side mirror for my vehicle, made me drive there and back home only to find it does not fit. When I took it back to store I was told “ we don’t sell mirrors for your Audi”. Wasted two journeys and an afternoon. Never again”

“I was buy online wrong part to my car witch confirm for me online someone to tell me is 100% correct . When i go to the shop to exchange this part i have to paid more becouse i lost my discount . So perso witch help me online should be more knowlege about advise .”

“As I was collecting the item, the gentleman who served me was constantly on his phone, advising someone how to use a washing machine. I also work in retail, and I would never dream of being on the phone while serving a customer, unless it was for their benefit. The product is fine, as is the online ordering service. Very let down over staff attitude in store.”

“Neither of the 2 parts I ordered fitted, one was down to poor description of the part on the website and the other just didn’t fit, took to local store for return and to buy correct ones using old parts and no match was found so ended up going elsewhere.”
