You sent me the wrong indicator relay. Doesn’t fit in my 14 plate custom, plastic casing too big

Although I used my car registration to order the required parts. The brake pads received do not for my car. Now I have to spend my time returning them to a store.

The wishbones I purchased clearly showed the ball joints in the photographs. When I collected the parts I was told that the ball joints were not included and I would need to pay extra for them. If you click the specification tab it does state 'excludes ball joint' but I did not press this when I made the purchase. It was only pointed to me when it was too late. False advertising by GSF.

I ordered 4.55 litres of Carlube 20w/50 oil but received 4 litres of Comma oil instead. I was short changed by just over 1/2 a litre. Due to a busy schedule I had no choice but to use it especially as returning is such a hassle.

I placed my order online for collection at the Eastleigh branch. When I got there they had no record of my order and could not honour the online price. They did there best, but I still paid more than I expected. A day later I got an email to say my order was ready for collection!

The quality of the parts are very good but even though phoning and asking for correct part numbers we have been given the wrong parts on numerous ocations very frustrating!!! So please check your parts do actually fit first before you strip your car 😊

I ordered the part I needed on a Monday evening with a next day £8 delivery. I didn’t receive the item until Thursday morning. Very disappointing

Both parts for the Saab were packed wrong. Totally different parts and part numbers to what was on the list. Plympton branch helpful yet surprised as it was totally wrong from Torquay.

Ordered 25/3/18 delivered 3/4/18 would have expected delivery sooner lesson learned !!!!

Ordered parts never received raised issue with your company got reply Elliot maynard showing info that someone had signed for the parts yet was nobody in my household and asked how can this be resolved with no response have contacted parcel force the company you chosen courier company and await there response and your companies how do this get resolved

Despite receiving confirmation that my order was ready to collect when I went to collect the order all of the items ordered were not there. So order not complete and a wasted journey for me.

Phoned shop for part, yes we have it here,travelled approx 5 miles , to be told come back tomorrow we will have it for you, wasted time approx 15-20 miles journeyed. Good part , bad info , please wake up.

Ordered Distributor cap for VW Polo with engine code APQ but your site does not ask if it is a Bosch or Marelli distributor. Turns out I have a Marelli and the part supplied is for Bosch. Likewise the rotor arm, so had to take back and get a full refund. Sourcing the parts elsewhere now.

Ordered Car Battery online for a very good price, but it was not ready when I arrived to collect it. I had to order from another supplier. I’ll try GSF again next time.

Far to expensive unless using a discount code that mostly doesn't work. Fair and honest clear pricing would be much better

There Are items you stock but do not then have listed when you do your discount deals. But if you go to the store there they are on the shelves. Why do you inflate the prices then offer discounts, surely keeping prices low would keep customers returing with out the gimmicks.

This is the second item that i have purchased on line for collection from the Doncaster branch. On both occasions the goods were not available when i arrived to collect them. The last time when i went, the aerial was not there the branch ordered it in for me to collect later i went back for it and it was obvious that it was used and parts were missing the third time i went it was ok. 6 trips to collect 2 items!!
