Internet side is ok but I have wait 20 minutes to collect my items from counter because both counter sellers was on the phone I was only one in the shop no other customers

I required a crankshaft position sensor for a e70 X5. First supplied component failed to work and the second component supplied did not work. Two in a row not working seems impossible but having had to go the BMW for a genuine part, which was only marginally more expensive compared to the time wasted fitting and removing a starter motor 9 times, the genuine part worked. Lost a bit of faith with GSF.

Sooooo slow with dealing with customers, click and collect more like click collect and hav2 wait about in the shop for more than 15mins, assistant more interested talking about her holiday than dealing with customers, won't b using again, poor service, will b using euro part quicker polite service

wrong part for my vehicle I gave the correct vehicle registration number. Not all online parts in stock when I collecting my order had to settle for cheaper alternative but no refund as advised by the parts-man shop prices differ than online so discount i used online did not apply. I thought gsf online is same as gsf store why the difference? Turned out my option to use gsf was not such a good deal after all,the fuel filter was wrong i had to refit the old one to get running again but the box got a little dirty so could not return it, turns out that there were two types of filters for my model this was advised immediately by another supplier.yet the gsf parts man did not advise. Not a very good experience

Parts ordered were not in stock - no alternative offered at a discounted rate. I had travelled a considerable distance and was left disappointed.

The order was not completed 2x within 2 weeks in two orders but I received the message that it is ready to collect. Missing part was available only the next day so I had to drive 4 times to pick up two orders that were supposed to be "ready" ... and I have 22 miles to the store... :/

Ordered up parts, which were good value with a good guarantee. Unfortunately had to cancel service as didn't arrive. On enquiring was told company had had issues with systems and payment not taken. Parts were promptly sent having spoken to customer service.

The staff tried to help best they could. The parts ordered did not fit my car. The website has inaccurate information stating the parts were correct, where as in fact they were not. This has cost me not only time but extra cost in mechanic fees, very disappointed.

As always, I was checking around the usual sites for parts for my vehicle. Checked online for stock and you had in, I asked your webchat if they were correct, your webchat advised me of a different part required, which u had in stock at Letchworth. I sent my son over to collect them, as the vehicle was up in the air. On arrival, your staff member said he cannot have them at the online price. ??? or anything near it. Your staff member found this highly amusing. Having my son laughed at by your staff doesn't make me rush out to buy further parts from gsf. So my son, knowing my vehicle had to book the parts again in his own name, went back into the branch, where your staff member said, he had to wait for GSF to authorise the transaction from somewhere else, ??? and this could take at least another 30 mins, with a big grin on his face, My son then went away AGAIN, I would of not bothered as I have very little patience for people of this nature. Amazingly my son went back into your branch after the 30 mins to collect the parts, where upon your staff members were all highly amused that there were now 2 orders for my parts. So maybe GSF should invest in a live system, or a PHONE to call for authorisation, so customers make single trips for parts and your reviews will be better.

After going online and checking availability of the correct part, using the click and collect option will save stock at your chosen branch and reserve the stock for you at the saved price. The part that I ordered is incorrectly described on the website, stating that it fits my vehicle when in fact it is the wrong part. After calling to pick up tyhe part (20 mile round trip) I then had to go back after re-ordering the correct part, only to find that you had sent an alternative brand to that which I had ordered. It took 3 trips (60 miles) for me to eventually receive the correct part.

I ordered front disc and pads and booked car to get them replaced to find the bremvo box for the disc looked like it had been thrown around for months and to find the painted part of the disc we're all chipped but had to fit as car was going to be off the road then complained by email to have to ask for a reply

Customer service is very rude. I reserve engine oil some days ago using discount code which cost me £3.40. I went to shop for collection, the counter man said you can not use card for less then £10 purchase. I said that you needto mention while reserving and thing and they refuse me with very rude behaviour. I decided never buy any thinh from there and let other peoples knows.

I had ordered the part on line gone in on my lunch break to pick it up only one person serving didn't have the part out ready (thought might have been already picked and waiting) then couldn't find the part found it eventually no nozzle with it at which point was told if it is the last one I won't get one at this point I told them not to bother as wasting my 1/2 hour lunch and got it from else where

Ordered four spark plugs which Hitch took over three weeks to arrive. Tried customer services to move things along, a total waste of time as all I received were lame excuses.
