As always, I was checking around the usual sites for parts for my vehicle. Checked online for stock and you had in, I asked your webchat if they were correct, your webchat advised me of a different part required, which u had in stock at Letchworth. I sent my son over to collect them, as the vehicle was up in the air. On arrival, your staff member said he cannot have them at the online price. ??? or anything near it. Your staff member found this highly amusing. Having my son laughed at by your staff doesn't make me rush out to buy further parts from gsf. So my son, knowing my vehicle had to book the parts again in his own name, went back into the branch, where your staff member said, he had to wait for GSF to authorise the transaction from somewhere else, ??? and this could take at least another 30 mins, with a big grin on his face, My son then went away AGAIN, I would of not bothered as I have very little patience for people of this nature. Amazingly my son went back into your branch after the 30 mins to collect the parts, where upon your staff members were all highly amused that there were now 2 orders for my parts. So maybe GSF should invest in a live system, or a PHONE to call for authorisation, so customers make single trips for parts and your reviews will be better.

After going online and checking availability of the correct part, using the click and collect option will save stock at your chosen branch and reserve the stock for you at the saved price. We have always tried to be clear that our web prices are online only and are sorry if this was not clear for you. The part that I ordered is incorrectly described on the website, stating that it fits my vehicle when in fact it is the wrong part. After calling to pick up tyhe part (20 mile round trip) I then had to go back after re-ordering the correct part, only to find that you had sent an alternative brand to that which I had ordered. It took 3 trips (60 miles) for me to eventually receive the correct part.

I ordered front disc and pads and booked car to get them replaced to find the bremvo box for the disc looked like it had been thrown around for months and to find the painted part of the disc we're all chipped but had to fit as car was going to be off the road then complained by email to have to ask for a reply

Customer service is very rude. I reserve engine oil some days ago using discount code which cost me £3.40. I went to shop for collection, the counter man said you can not use card for less then £10 purchase. I said that you needto mention while reserving and thing and they refuse me with very rude behaviour. I decided never buy any thinh from there and let other peoples knows.

I had ordered the part on line gone in on my lunch break to pick it up only one person serving didn't have the part out ready (thought might have been already picked and waiting) then couldn't find the part found it eventually no nozzle with it at which point was told if it is the last one I won't get one at this point I told them not to bother as wasting my 1/2 hour lunch and got it from else where

Ordered four spark plugs which Hitch took over three weeks to arrive. Tried customer services to move things along, a total waste of time as all I received were lame excuses.

We apologize for our computers being down which was a larger issue than just for GSF and affected multiple large comapnies and organizations. This did indeed result in a slower service because everything had to be logged to add to the computer system when it was back up and running. This inevitably led to larger than normal queues and longer waiting and service times. Discount code and Click & Collect very good. The pollen filter I bought was inferior to the part fitted and required for the car. The Veleo filter that was in the car had flexible cuts, so it could be slightly bent/curved when fitting, the GSF Hengst was rigid, was difficult to fit and started to break up when slightly curved. The good points: You offer good prices and fast delivery options. The bad points: I order specific parts from specific manufacturers for a reason. When the parts arrive they are often alternatives from different manufacturers. Technically they will do the job but they are not the parts I ordered.

I ordered a part, online on the 28.4.2018, in did not get the part until the 8.5.2018 and it had to me manly ordered in branch, they had the part I needed in another branch but would not sell it to me at the online price, during this time no one call me to to update me on where or when my part would be in, I feel they could of handled it better and quicker. Thanks to John @ Nottingham for finally sorting it out.

A great place for parts, with helpful and able staff. The store is full of racks of engine oils, but there's no pricing information. I'd love to have bought some, but the staff seem overworked and there's always a queue of customers, so I get my engine oil elsewhere.

Drop link parts supplied were mis-labelled with incorrect part number - my husband ordered the correct parts with correct part number but only discovered when he got home they were wrong. Very, very inconvenient and made worse when the sales assistant was completely uninterested when I returned them for a refund.

With a Click and collection order, all of the part should be ready to be collected. I waited over 20-30 mins for this order to be processed and then left the store. The whole process just took so long.
