Very cheap and looks it . No on off button . Pressure gauge doesn't work

I am sorry but very disappointed. Ordered in tank fuel filter for my Honda. Before placing order I checked picture on your website, and yes :) finally found it (couldn’t find it on any other retailer) brand new, white top part of fuel pump. So placed an order. I had to drive 1hr each way to collect it. It was 9am, gentleman at shop took my reference number and brought me my part. I have paid for it but before I left shop I opened the box. There was completely different part than one on your website. I have asked seller if he is sure, he gave me my item I had ordered. Straight away he started being rude, and angrily said I have what I ordered, after 10 minutes I was already really upset, I had to find the part on my mobile on your website and show it to your cashier. It was completely different part, finally he said “fine I will refund it to you” no sorry or anything. Really bad bad experience. Given two stars only because on my previous purchase everything was ok, otherwise would give 1 star.

I am a member of the public. I ordered a Yuasa Car Battery online for collection at the Reading store. When I arrived I was told that the battery was not "on the shelf" and may have been taken by the AA but not booked out? No apology was made and it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Customer service was truly lacking. I eventually got their own make battery and left as soon as I could. I'll only use GSF in an emergency.

Wasn’t till my friend was about to fit the part he noticed I was given the right part for the wrong car (but the other part was correct). Couldn’t take it back as a Sunday & needs a part off it too. So out of pocket as had to buy the correct part from else where & unable to take it back.

I use GSF regularly so it was expecting to receive good service again, plus with 60% off too. However on this occasion my full order was sent to the wrong address but GSF did finally put it right. What frustrates me is GSF asked ME to chase Parcel Force !! correct me if I'm wrong but should it not be the sender who finds out what the issue is ? After I found out GSF put the wrong address and told them.......... they asked me to go to the other address to get it. For the inconvenience I asked for reorder with next day, and was told that's fine, however it wasn't sent next day......but I did get my parcel to the right address this time.

good price but unfortunately having searched for parts using reg number received incorrect spark plugs and had to return. advise others to order specific parts not rely on vehicle details.

after chatting on the GSF website with an advisor I ordered a set of front pads and received a good discount. When I went to the store in Belfast to collect them the sales assistant told me they were the wrong fitment and I had to buy the proper set which cost me an extra £17. Very disappointing and to be honest I won’t be ordering again from GSF.

the web tool to select parts from car registration did not deliver the items needed for that car. I had to return it!! as it was not the correct part at all for that year.

I ordered an air cleaner and an oil filter for my HYUNDAI IX 35, on line, and paid with Paypal. The parts arrived within two days, which was very good, however when I came to fit the air cleaner it was the wrong part, the oil filter was fine. When I ordered from your website there was only one air filter recommended for my model, so I assumed it must be the right one. I had to go to my local branch of GSF, to get the right part, which made ordering online a waste of time.

Having ordered a part through your web side for £60 I found the exact same part online for less than £18. I contacted you to explain my dilemma that I want to support my local motor factor but at tha kind of difference I couldn't afford too. GSF response was ' if your not happy bring it back'. I will do when I return from holiday. Very poor customer service

Hello and thank you for your comments. Instead of typing a reg number in to identify your vehicle, you can manually select youe vehicle using the drop down menus. This is just under the registration plate and is labled clearly. You need to select a minumum of make, model, year and engine size. The number of key identifyers can vary from model to model. Made an online order part of order arrived on day 2 it’s now day 10 and still haven’t received the rest of the order even though having chased it up on day 7 was told it would arrive following or next day

Whilst the mobile website is easy to use, the information on the site and the product listings do not always match your vehicle despite entering your vehicle registration and confirming it as correct. I ordered rear discs and pads for my VW T5 and neither fitted despite entering my vehicle details. Both had to be returned and the correct parts were supplied by my mechanic costing me more money and a lessor brand. In all a frustrating experience.

we have always been very happy with our service however we made this order on line to click and collect at our local branch, my husband duly received the text message to say that the package had arrived and if we did not collect it it would be sent back ! so i was hurried off to collect it. When i arrived however the order HAD NOT ARRIVED, so my trip was wasted the male assistant apologised and promised to call me to advise ,he did not ! i eventually just went in again the next day and collected the package,really not quite the service we would have expected to receive.could do better.

I am no happy. I went to collect my order and it was incomplete. Two filters were missing and staff told me one filter is not available and second one i ordered wrong company made which i did not.

Got to Trafford park branch at 8.25 but didn't open till 8.40 not good as says on web site opens at 8.30 which then made me late for work

types in my registration and it came up with the correct car, I then clicked engine oil and it gave a list of suitable oils, clicked on car lube, then selected an oil filter. Unfortunately the suitable engine oil was for a turbo diesel (mines a petrol) and the oil filter also was wrong! Now trying to work out on thier website how to contact them!!

Unfortunaltley it can take up to 30 minutes for a click and collect order to come through to the branch so it is not the case that the branch would have wanted to lock up early, but entirly possible that it would have arrived after closing time.
