Let me start by saying, I've never had an issue when collecting my products, staff have always been lovely and very helpful. On my latest order, I couldn't get to a store in a reasonable timeframe, so logically I chose delivery. I ordered my products on Friday 2nd November. By the 7th I wondered where my products were, so I got I'm contact with the chat support. After being disconnected multiple times and talking to three different people, i was told that my package has been delivered and signed for, by me on the 5th. I let them know that I have cctv watching the door, and I was in the entire day on the 5th. They told me to sit tight and they'd get back to me. I'm currently writing this on the 12th of November and haven't heard anything. Considering my previous good encounters, I'm pretty disappointed if I'm honest. Please drop Parcelforce GSF, too many packages and up with this fate! Oh and sort your support out, I'm still here with the message to wait...

Overpriced, poor delivery time-frame info when purchasing and then a inefficient follow up when trying to find out. It's taken them 20 years to finally sort out a functioning website!!!!!! :(

Looked online for nearest Gsf store and gsf website suggested harrow, call harrow store and gentleman who answered was very unhelpful and told me to call heathrow store. Not impressed.

Unnaceptable online ordering! Ordered front discs online for "click and collect". E mail confirmed that parts would be available for collection within the hour. Drove 13 miled to Norwich branch to collect to be informed that the ordered items weren't in fact in stock. Bramch staff resolved the unacceptable situation by providing better parts at no additional cost. It is not acceptable to expeeience this situation - it's the second time it has happened.

I bought a car battery from yourselves using the discount code via your regular emails. An hour after purchasing and fitting the battery I then received an email with an even bigger discount code which I thought was great but I'd already purchased and installed the battery! I went back to the store I picked the battery from asking if they could give me it for the cheaper discount (showing him proof of the discount) and was refused point blank.....I was disappointed to say the least as I'd spent £150 and I would have saved £15 on an already expensive purchase.

Unfortunately on the website the part I selected and ordered for click and collect did not fit a Citroen C2, nor did it fit a C1 but it DID fit a C5 1600 diesel. The part supplied Number 156PC0010. The number on the TOPRAN box says 723768755. I have Emailed Head office to explain this and also Europarts as they are saying this part fits ALL too! I did not go ALL the way BACK to Sheffield as it would cost more in petrol than the cost of the PART. But instead I used it on our C5, which is a perfect FIT. I have worked on cars for years fixing things as a DIYer. My son has his OWN garage so we KNOW a lot about cars between us, him being AUDI trained. As my TEACHER used to say MUST TRY HARDER GSF.

Ordering process was fine, but pick up wasn’t too good. My wife went into pick up the parts for me - it took a total of 20 mins from entering to leaving as they were faffing around for so long. My wife had the kids with her and after 20 mins they had he’d enough. The next day I had a very poor voice mail left on my phone - didn’t say what company or who they were just a message saying my parts were ready, when I googled the phone number that had called me it was a surprise to see if was you because I had picked up the parts the day before!

Although I have previously purchased from GSF Castle Vale for over 3 years, and have been very satisfied with quality and price (when purchasing using your weekly discount codes, via email flyers that I used to receive) for whatever reason you (GSF) have stopped sending me these discount flyers. I have attempted on several occasions to resurrect this, by contacting your helpline, each time I have been assured (fobbed off) that my email flyer discounts would be resumed, They have not. I have even re-joined GSF as trade, and have given another email for point of contact. This has also failed to provide me with weekly discount codes, via email flyers Hence a 'POOR' rating here...........

My local GSF car parts I use is the one situated in Norwich on Mile Cross Road. Everytime I go in there the staff are helpful, friendly and all round nice people and a pleasure to deal with. There is a young chap who works behind the counter who is always particularly helpful and is a really decent guy. The issue I have had is when I placed an order for delivery online rather than a collection. I ordered the parts on wed 17/10 expecting them to be delivered Friday or at least to have heard from yourselves. I left it until Friday afternoon and I emailed your helpline to find out what was going on as all i had was a confirmation of my order but nothing else. I get a reply within the hour saying they thought the order was fraudulent and cancelled my order, this is despite taking the £100 out of my account on the Wednesday and not contacting me first to notify my of the issue. I then call the helpline Friday afternoon as I wanted an explanation, to be spoken to by a very rude individual who had no sympathy for my situation bearing in mind I needed these parts and I hadn’t had a refund. All I got was excuses and a poor attitude, I believe I got through to your central hub which sounded like the midlands i assume. All in all I was not best pleased with the way I was left out of pocket and treated like it was my fault. All I can say is, I can not praise the Norwich branch enough for there friendliness and assistance for a long time but I will not be using The delivery online again as I do not wish to fall victim to this issue again

I clicked and reserved two items. When I went the collect them I was the only person in the shop but the girl behind the counter acted like I was keeping her from something else. After a brief look at a few of the shelves she told me my parts weren’t there and shed would have to order them. I explained that it said they were in stock on your website and she them went to another part of the shop where they miraculously turned up. I found her a little rude and it has made me think about using Euro parts in the future.

Ordered some headlamp bulbs, a fan-belt and a warning triangle for a golf. Warning triangle hasn't turned up, fanbelt was the wrong item, and only one bulb arrived. The last item was probably my fault for not checking that I had ordered the correct number of items, but still - not great.

Good price. Satisfying quality of the product. Only 2 because product was not eligible for delivery. I had to pick it up from branch and spent half hour there. A lot of people in queueing and only one person from staff available. They should work on that.

Constantly poor customer service at both Sheffield and Leeds branches. After a couple of years of using the company I shall now be taking business elsewhere. Poor service can't be compensated for by average pricing.

I ordered a rear stub axle and a wheel bearing kit to replace some damaged parts on my Volkswagon 1.4L polo 1999. I rang to ask if the Hub nut came with the wheel bearing kit. They confirmed it did. I then rang again later that day, asking them to check inside the box to see it if was sold with the kit. They confirmed it did. When it arrived there was no Hub nut. I range back and I was told that I had been miss informed by a member of their staff. Not impressed with the effort. The Hub nut was a very important part that I needed, as it holds on the entire wheel of my car.
