Missed a vital component off my order which then by the time it arrived after speaking with them I had missed the mot re mot date and had to pay again

My last visit stated item was in stock. Wasted a 45 mins journey only to find out item was not on shelf. Was very disappointed.

Ordered ABS sensor for collection at their Derby branch. I was repeatedly ignored by several staff members, including the lady on the phone right in front of me who finished one call and immediately answered another. I resorted to shouting for someone to serve me! I have never had to do that before. Terrible service. I'll use Euro Car Parts next time.

Ordered 1 litre of antifreeze for collection from Birmingham. Although confirmed on-line that is was in stock, on arrival none could be found. Apparently a pallett had gone missing. Was sold a similar item although at a higher price. Disappointed - hopefully just a one-off.

Hi, Thank you for your review, although we have a very strict stock control on this occasion a human error meant the pallet had been moved from its specified location, causing the issue you experienced. Really bad time at Kingston. 3 items ordered online not in store. Staff said the computer must be wrong. 2 items wrongly supplied ie not as ordered. Staff wanted to supply the correct items but without discount. Staff blamed me and did not want to speak with head office when I called them. Eventually they agreed to call head office to get the discounts applied. Head office told me to tell the staff to do this. Really unpleasant and unhelpful staff who seem to be new there. It used to be ok at this branch but I don't want to go there again.

My product never arrived, I had to contact them personally to resolve this, my original parcel was damaged on route to me, I don’t think they would have sent another without me contacting!!!

Good prices and quality parts however the click and collect service doesn't work with the store computer system so parts were not in store.

When I pop up in the store to pick up my order I had to waste my time wainting about 40 min to find out actualy my item wasn't jn stock, so I had to waste another morning to come back.

Disappointing, ordered items which were all in stock on the Friday to get an email saying they would be ready for collection the following Wednesday and would only be held till the end of Thursday which when I work full time wasn't easy to collect so had to arrange for my daughter to rush from work and fetch them

I choose to collect my orders from store as it would seem to be easier since my place of work is not too far, I can simply just stop in on my way home. However, so far every time I've been in, I've seen a large number of staff out the front smoking, chatting, seemingly waiting to go home at 17:00 when the store shuts at 17:30. I'm not gonna tell you how to run your firm but if it was mine, this wouldn't be happening. Inside the shop repeatedly I have waited for my (pre) order to be picked from stock and brought to me, taking up MY time! Why is it not ready and waiting under the counter, for such a small thing as a lightbulb, I can't see how that could be a problem. On my last visit to the shop I can see through a semi reflective screen. I assume the managers are in the office behind it? I'm not certain, but if I can see them they can see me and see that there is no member of staff at the desk, in fact the members of staff that should be making the process as easy as 123 are in the back room laughing and joking with each other for 10 minutes while a queue forms behind me. After reluctantly banging on the counter for some service a woman did appear and apologise for my wait, found my order number and then delegated someone from the back to go and fetch it. Of course making the wait longer. I hope you can understand how unnecessary/preventable this review could have been. I hope you can see that from a customer point of view this looks unprofessional and I think, totally unacceptable. I decided after this encounter that I will try home delivery wherever possible from now on! I hope that the company won't just dismiss this review and that should I decide to visit store again, changes will have been implemented.

Ordered a clutch online using the number plate guide, the clutch kit that arrived had obviously been previously opened and returned. When I took the car to the garage to get the clutch fitted, the clutch was clearly a different size to the one removed. On calling the help line, I was told there was nothing that could be done and I could return it. Not very helpful when I have a car on ramp with a gearbox removed. Luckily I was there early but I could easily been stuck. I then had to get a replacement clutch delivered at an excessive cost and stay at a garage for 10hours. Quite clearly you have poor information regarding car parts for vehicles and poor customer service if you're sending out parts that have obviously been opened and returned for probably exactly the same reason that I will have to. Which is another inconvenience I face as the nearest store is not near, nor do I have the time to return it.

Parts ordered were supplied correctly, however were not delivered in time, and were sent in seperate deliveries - without any note on the parcel to say which consignment had been recieved. Postage was refunded, but parts not there on time...

Ordered a click and collect. I couldn't make collection on Friday, so waited to collect Monday. Monday had e-mail from GSF notifying me part still ready to collect until close of business. Went to store, they had deleted my order! Wasted my time travelling to store!

The parts order for my car using automatic parts selection based on car registration was not correctly working. Ordered wrong part which doesnt fit my car. Need to replace the car part at the shop.

Ordered an engine mount that didn’t fit. Given that the fitment is the same across all models of BMW E36, this means you are selling engine mounts that won’t fit any of the cars they are designed for. The mount in question was Vetech, which I’d personally never heard of, suggesting to me that you might be letting yourselves down stocking cheap makes like this. However, the service I received can’t be faulted as I received a hassle free refund. I would however, think twice about using GSF again over Euro Car Parts as I never have issues with their parts.

I ordered a sump plug that specifies it comes with the seal. It arrived with no seal. Went on gsf chat, very helpful chap looked on the shelf and none of them had seals so he said he’d refund me. I’ve not received the refund. Now I’m offered the chance to win a set of sealey spanner’s and the photo is of some other male. Come on guys, get your act together.

I entered my car reg and ordered some brake pads, the brake pads were the wrong size. What's the point of putting the reg in?? Now I have to drive down to change them which I cannot be arsed to do. You get two stars because the incorrect part came very quickly (not that this helps in any way). Also my name is not A, nobody's name is A. Many thanks, E
